洛克維爾飯店 - 華美達飯店(The Rockville Hotel, a Ramada by Wyndham)

was just a quick overnight stay, and was convenient to where I needed to be.

Everything was very nice

Our 3 night stay at this hotel was terrible and I would never come back! There were many issues with this place. First, the description on this site is not accurate. It states there is a "bar/lounge" and there isn't a bar at all. It states there is a "restaurant", but there isn't a restaurant. They just have a paid breakfast in the morning. It states there is a pool and even shows pictures of the pool. While there is a pool, it was chained up and not able to be be used. When we asked about it, we were told it was closed for "renovations", but there weren't any renovations happening. Second, our room was very loud every night we stayed there. Our room was near the hotel ballroom and on the first night there was a party in the ballroom. For the whole time we heard loud bass in our room from the party below. I called the front desk to complain and all they said was the party was going to go until 11pm. I asked if we could switch rooms if there were going to be more parties there the rest of our stay, and the woman at the front desk said there wouldn't be anymore parties the rest of the weekend. That was a complete lie! Every night there was a party and ever night we had to listen to the bass until 11pm. Lastly, and worst of all, the hotel was filthy. There were stains on the floor, stains on the walls, stains on the beds, stains on the curtains and stains in the bathroom. I expected it to be outdates for the price, but there is no excuse for it to be so dirty!

Hallways filthy. Spills in elevator. Room dated and sub standard. Beds not comfortable. Tv had a cracked screen. Staff not too knowledgeable or friendly.

Pool not functioning, keys always deprograming, rooms not clean daily, housekeeping staff was rude. Saving grace front desk was friendly.

I like the friendliness of the front desk staff. Very welcoming. Accommodating and helpful.Stay was perfect.

Room was dirty at check-in. Disappointing overall. Was probably a nice hotel at one time but lacks amenities.

They didn't have enough blankets for all the rooms, there were mice and cockroaches in my room, the heater didn’t work well - couldn't get the room above 62 degrees and the fire alarm went off twice for no reason
