We had an excellent time at our stay at the Eagle House Motel! The location was perfect… A short walk from everything in downtown Rockport. The owners were fantastic. Definitely take some time to check out their bar, the Hideaway just down the street! It was a perfect mix of in town, but also quiet and felt the privacy. We look forward to staying with them again!

My husband & I enjoy taking 3 day getaways. Rockport is one of our favorites. We normally stayed at Peg leg. But with the new owners its way out of our price range. I found Eagel House. It's clean, well arranged, certainly convenient to walk around village. And quiet so you can sleep at night. The bathroom is a bit tight. The sink is multi purpose. But we were fine with that. We well certainly return..

We had a wonderful stay here in April, 2025. Stayed in the apartment style unit with another couple, and absolutely loved it. The unit was bright, clean, and very comfy. The views from our balcony were beautiful, and such close proximity, walking distance to the main street of Rockport, with all its charming shops. The owner and staff were attentive to all our needs. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

I needed a place to stay for a night and I can definitely say my expectations were exceeded. The room was updated and fresh and the kitchen was an excellent surprise. I will come back for 2+ week stays!

The motel is very basic and close to town. The room was SO tiny and the bed was so uncomfortable. The shower was very large and the proximity to town was fantastic. There was no coffee maker nor was it available at the office. This should be made VERY clear when you book, as this is so unusual, especially when there is a small fridge and microwave. There was an enormous TV on the wall to the left of the bed that did not pull out from the wall. I'm not sure why the size and no comfortable way to watch it. I don't foresee us staying here again, as it was just too bare bones and the owner was not very personable.

We had a room on the top floor. Clean room with modern furnishings. Our room had the king sized bed with foam top (room 15) and a full bath. Owner is nice as is the location. We were there first week of May. Bring ear plugs though. The church next door will ring it's bell on the hour, every hour. Even through the night. Something to consider if you want to be well rested for a long dive home.
