薩克拉門託羅斯維爾凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Sac Roseville)

The room was great. The only issue is the fridge didn’t work and there is no microwave in the room. Everything else was very nice and the people were polite, accommodating and professional.

Had to request housekeeping to come 4 times before they did. Missing bedding, towels, empty soap dispensers in shower. Over 100 degrees and all umbrellas missing from pool area, apparently they haven’t arrived after being damaged in a winter storm…months ago.

The Hyatt Place was fantastic! Seriously, clean, friendly staff, accommodating, comfortable, great breakfast, good location. This was the best hotel stay we have had in the past few years. We would absolutely recommend staying there. Complimentary apples, newspaper, ice cold water in the lobby. A coffee bar available. We were in town for a funeral and hung out in the lobby with family for hours. Pool and hot tub actually work! (I hate booking a hotel that advertises a pool/spa and then tell you when you check-in that it's closed for repairs, etc.) Beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely laid out and clean.

Our room at Hyatt Place is so comfortable! It’s set up with a nice seating area as well as a workspace. The desk can be used and still let another person sleep undisturbed. The area around the hotel is safe and has lots of nearby dining options. We’ve slept well in a very comfy bed and are ready to continue our trip.

We come every year to roseville to see our family I chose this hotel again cuz we had a memorable first stay with the coffee and fire pit near pool area we rise early because of time change and we we’re looking forward to that again and the fire pit wasn’t working and the staff didn’t know how to make a Starbucks coffee so the reason I chose hotel was what we didn’t have ..our stay was split this time and our second room had a mildew smell when we walked in and we as there each time it was very nice how house cleaning was very accommodating with plenty of towels and tidy up when we were out for day it also seemed very expensive this time around and for that much the beds could have been a little more comfortable

They couldn’t find my reservation. I was told it wasn’t sent over by *******. It took over 30min to check in. Security knocked on our door at 1:30am!! Apparently someone was smoking in their room. We don’t smoke!! It was so inconvenient. They offered a complimentary room for all the trouble!

This property was very nice except I asked for no room service on night and my coffee was refilled. I did not anyone in the room and they came in anyway but that is my only complaint.

Great hotel. All the women in lobby are very nice. Kids love the pool. We will stay here again on our next trip to rocklin.

Easy access to main roads and hwy. Restaurants in short walking distances. They could focus some attention on cleaning the common areas and elevators and waiting areas.
