Nice clean, well maintained hotel. Beds were so comfy! Big rooms, nice pool and hot tub area. Great amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn express. The staff was very friendly and had our room ready a little early. It was a clean and organized hotel. We checked out the pool and hot tub but neither was tempting enough to make us use those amenities. The hot tub looked a little yellow-ish. The actual room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were okay - typical for a buffet - but very clean and well kept. Overall it was a good stay. Though the sofa bed was miserable - even for my daughter.

This holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean from the breakfast buffet, community restrooms by elevator and room we stayed in.

Very clean and spacious room, super comfortable bed. Perfect room for an excellent night’s rest in the middle of our road trip.

Our room was as beautiful as any in which I have stayed, including The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carleton. I first stated in Holiday Inns when the chain was newly conceived in the ‘50s. The staff was warm, responsive, and accommodating in every way. I would like to see microwavable safe cups. I did not know it was possible to make worse oatmeal.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable however my room smelled like second hand smoke so bad, it was disgusting!!!

Front desk is very curt. Telephone in rooms did not work, consider that a safety feature. Remote to TV was missing. Replacement was brought up, but that one was intermittent. We gave up as we couldn't contact front desk and we were in our night clothes. Front desk could not let us know charge for our room since we booked through third party, *******. Do not recommend this hotel and we will never stay there again!

Pros: big room and clean linens. Friendly staff and convenient to the Highway. Cons: air conditioning was either on full blast or off since the thermostat didn’t work. Switching the unit off made the room too hot and running it was very noisy. So either way, not a great sleep. No fan in the bathroom either which wasn’t ideal when showering.

Overall, the room was very nice and had everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable.
