羅克福爾斯麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rock Falls, IL)

I’ve stayed at a few Country Inn & Suites. This one is definitely not like the others. The king “suite” that was handicap accessible to was small. Not very handicap accessible. The living room was tiny. Bed was hard. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The property was clean. Staff was nice.

Good bed. Clean room. Good breakfast. No coffee at the buffet in the morning one day. Refrigerator in the room had ice build up, There was a 6 inch slash in the stuffed chair arm in our room. Security light switch in the bathroom was out.

Bath dirty, dusty, furniture in bad shape, ice machine not working, hot tub still not working, Front desk and breakfast lady very efficient. Only two towels and small

It was ok for a night, and for what I paid. Seems like a place that was probably once pretty nice and is going downhill, but I could be wrong.

This hotel needs some TLC. Pretty run down. No hot water on the last day. Lobby and breakfast area were clean, but rooms and hallways need a lot of updating and cleaning.

The staff was great. The room had some things to desire. The ceiling fan was absolutely caked in dust and dirt. The door was crooked so you could see out to the hallway through the side, so that was interesting, the furniture was stained, and the shower curtain rod looked like a child with a hammer installed it. Other than that, it was an OK stay.

I was very happy with my stay! All staff was friendly and professional. My room was very clean!! The facility was very clean and you could tell the staff took pride in that. Only downfall was the furniture quite old and seen heavy use. I personally did not mind as the cleanliness really made up for it!!

Property was very clean and the staff was excellent. There was a wedding party staying there that got quite load in the parking lot outside our window that made it difficult to sleep. Also the hot tub was closed. One item that I would like to ask about is the height of the facilities in the lavatory. I’m 6’3” so I’m not a basketball player, but the sink and toilet were extremely low.

Our stay was great except check in was crazy slow and the freezer part of the very tiny fridge was unusable thanks to it being iced over. However, a family member had an issue where another couple had a working key for their room and that ended up causing them to miss the wedding ceremony we were there for. The bride and groom also had issues because the hotel double booked the bridal suite!! But the room itself was a step up from most and so was the breakfast. Oh and we were really bummed that the hot tub wasn’t working!
