史特拉薩爾蘭希爾頓逸林飯店(The Strathallan Rochester Hotel & Spa - a DoubleTree by Hilton)

Amazing stay as always. Love the restaurant

I really loved the location of the hotel, on-site free parking, a very friendly check-in process and the suite was very lovely. Unfortunately, what looked to be a comfortable bed, was anything but. My young son and I shared it and we both had one of the worst nights of sleep. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was hard and stiff - so much so that it poked us so much during the night, which kept waking us up. Also, our room was right next to the elevators and the noise from it was extremely loud all night long. I would love to say I would stay again because everything else about the hotel was great, but not getting a good night of sleep is enough for me to look elsewhere for our next visit, which will be in a few months.

The Strathallan is a beautiful hotel in one of the loveliest neighborhoods in Rochester. One notices the front desk staff first and theirs was friendly and welcoming and clearly efficient. The room was clean and decently sized. The gym was lacking in some of the normal things like mats and bands.

Luv Hilton !! Overall disappointed. Called & Asked the front desk to get us near 2 other reservations that were also staying there for our Wedding… Also… Pool, Closed. Hattie’s roof top bar…Closed… And my wedding nite view was of assorted refuse dumpsters…& again, it was doubly mentioned that we were getting married that day……weak..

We were so disappointed when we checked in to learn that the pool has been closed for some time with no reopening plan in the near future. The website still stays the pool is open and we had to manage the disappointment with the kids. This isn’t acceptable since we selected this hotel because of the pool. When we asked how this situation could be resolved the person at check in said there was nothing as we booked via *******. Urg.

Overall ok…was disappointed they got rid of the pool and expanded their gym. They only mentioned the expanded gym, but not the pool being gone. Kinda messed up our stay.

Spacious suite with 2 queen beds, balcony, kitchen area. Enjoyed the roof top bar specially the drinks, apps and great view. Are at hotel and had a convenient dinner too with very expensive wine.

There was a party and people smoking **** in the room below us at 3am. Nothing was done about it because we called again at 3:45am. Woke up both our children, and didn’t get much sleep because of this. For a one night stay, this was highly disappointing.

Old and dirty furniture in the room. The room smelled of old cigaret smoke. The paint on the wall was dirty and scratched and the wall paper in the bathroom was coming off. I payed 680$ per night for accommodations resembling a motel not a luxury hotel.
