in the room the fire alarm was barely up. it was hanging off the wall. the curtains were stained. the beds were not comfortable. the front desk person, at night, was not dressed professionally. this hotel is going downhill.

Shower curtain rod and curtain fell when first used. Tub facet would not fully shut off. Tv would not initially work, maint got it to turn on but could not use remote had to use buttons on back of tv. Bed mattress was well worn and not comfortable. Asked to have linen and towels changed and they never did.

The property and area was safe. The Italian restaurant Pasta Villa next door was amazing!
On a negative note.
It seems that every room I book on ******* is next to a ice machine, vending machine, or a bad part of the building.

In one of the rooms alot of things were not working and the tub was plugged up. The other room was alot better. We reported what wasnt working but it was never fixed. I would think I should get some money back for that

Came in tired from a long trip. The person at the front desk did not know what she was doing said it was her first time alone. Took about thirty minutes just to find me a room while on the phone with someone trying to walk her through the process then when I finally got my room it wasn’t the room that I asked for it was an accessible room with two beds I wanted a regular room with one king size bed. I was so tired that I just went to sleep

I paid for a king bed but they gave my room away so I had to settle for a queen bed and there was a mouse in my room

We not stayed for hour or so . Switched rooms and the other room was dirtier then the 1st I have pics of the rooms .
