This was our 2nd visit here & we are so glad we came back again!! The previous exceptional customer service brought us back to their hotel. From the agents at the front desk Ebony and Denise to the manager Samantha. We would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those travelers who have a service animal. The rooms are clean always, the beds are comfy and the pillows are amazing! The included breakfast is an added plus and the breakfast room was exceptionally clean as well! The parking lot is well lit and has security doors to enter. When traveling I would definitely make this Country Inn & Suites the place to rest your head!

Just Ok For An Overnight Stay The location of this hotel is conveniently located right off of I-95. There's plenty of restaurants, hotels and gas stations nearby. Cracker Barrel is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was friendly but were experiencing serious issues with the new system that was put in place that day. As a result, they were overwhelmed with people at the desk and the phone. We had reservations for a non smoking, pet friendly room. However to our dismay we were told that they didn't have any pet friendly rooms available. In the end, we were put in a smoking room which the stench was overpowering. Having no choice, we had to accept the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet but it was much smaller than what the pictures show on their website. The bathroom had a large walk in shower which was nice. The breakfast was well stocked. The pool looked nice but was closed for some reason. It was ok for a one night stay.

The room wasn't ready on time then we were unable to shower arm was broke sink stop up..AN THE COUCH BED WAS FILLED WITH BED BUGS ..have video....they had no rooms for us to safe was told money will be refunded...need this address

Le divan-lit était tellement inconfortable que mon fils n’a pas pu se coucher dessus. La chambre était malpropre et vieille. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel

Never Again Rooms are cold, dreary and prison like. Mold in the tubs. Floors were dirty. Surprisingly, the beds were comfortable. Also, the pool has been broken for over a year.

It was obvious that this was a rebranded hotel that showed its age ! As with many hotels owned by a certain group the remodeling was a bit shoddy and the maintenance of the property / building was lacking !
