加迪諾飯店及公寓(Gardino Hotel & Residence)

Stayed here a few nights. It's fine. Beds are comfortable and room is fine.. room I was in overlooks into the courtyard.. so no exterior window. Gym timings are a bit funny for me as mornings are ladies only so can only go at night or evening which is not my preference. Overall it's not bad. Breakfast is ok.. not amazing but certainly it's ok. I felt it wasn't great value for money but j think because it was Riyadh season all rates were high. It is closeby to the zone which has a bunch of restaurants. There is also this cool query weird Chinese restaurant nearby that must be tried just for the experience it's called le gourmet.. I would stay here again if needs be and is convenient for my work.

There is no word strong enough in any vocabulary as to how poor the service is at this establishment. The staff are rude and damn right out of order. To the point my colleague and I left and sought a different hotel as enough was enough. If you are a business traveller stay away. And KSA wonders why people from the west don’t want to come here. This is prime example of why to stay away. I’ve never been treated like this in Europe, the US or Asia this is simply horrendous and unacceptable.

Located on a road where drag racing and loud traffic roars down the street at ALL HOURS of the evening. You will not sleep well in this hotel. And if that is not bad enough, they host weddings in the sub-floor so any room on the first two-floors hears loud music until 1AM in the morning on Friday and Saturdays. You will get little to no sleep in this hotel. Aside from the lack of sleep the staff are friendly and try to do the best they can.

This hotel is excellent! Aside from having all the amenities you could want, the staff is super helpful and friendly. One morning I needed to make an international call and my cell phone wasn’t working so I called reception to ask them how to dial out. They sent a porter up to talk to me. He told that it was not possible to dial out of the hotel so I was stuck without batting an eye he offered me his personal phone to make the call. I told him I couldn’t because the call was international and could be expensive. He insisted that it wasn’t a problem. Fortunately the call only lasted a minute or two but I was still taken a back by his generosity and willingness to help. The reception desk staff were also always really friendly and helpful at all times. Loved staying here and definitely will again.

The worst hotel you could ever go to it is near construction site very noisy they start 6:30 morning so you can never sleep when we entered the room we requested more water because we found only two bottles and they told us they cannot bring more than extra two which doesn’t make sense its water !!! Where is the Saudi hospitality ! I called the reception two times in the morning they didn’t answer me i wanted to report it to their management but it look like they’re totally unprofessional This is less than one day experience they don’t deserve more than 1 star literally
