Very bad internet Very bad elevator Uncooperative staff Room service like tv internet shower All below expected level Sounds coming out of the room very loud Set-up of elevators is uncomfortable Service staff with cleaning tools share the elevator with customers No business lounge

I have very bad experience with them as below: Car parking is small and smell very bad Room service : I request 2 times to clean my room with no respond Room floor is not clean It is really shame and I don't recommend it for any one coming to Riyadh

The hotel staff were professional, the room was large with a fantastic view, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was delicious.

جميع موظفى الفندق اللى قابلتهم ما شاء الله اخلاق وادب ومقابلة طيبة شكرا لجميع الطاقم وشكرا لمستر هشام مدير الفندق على حسن الضيافة - كانت زيارة جميلة وسأكررها مستقبلا باذن الله وسيكون الفندق دائما هو وجهتى الأساسية

I don’t know what people assess when they stay in this hotel, but it’s definitely not worth the money or the stars. The staff is completely incompetent , the building is a 2 stars willing to be a cool 4 stars rating: elevator are slow, curtains are useless, and restaurant workers just are not capable of taking orders. Window shades are useless, making it impossible to sleep after 6am. Terrible experience. It’s not a good hotel for the price

الفندق سيء جدا جدا من ناحية الخدمات. الفندق اخذوا مني فلوس ٧ ايام وانا سكنت يومين فقط. والى الان يتهربوا من دفع فلوسي الباقيه عندهم. كل يوم امر اسأل عن فلوسي الباقيه وهم رافضين يسلموني الفلوس ويماطلون فيني. لا انصح فيه اطلاقا.

The hotel needs to improve its services in multiple areas. High gin is poor towels are dirty.. buffet of the breakfast bad . The ceiling is leaking and the house keeps the dirty towels in the chairs what really shock me and I couldn’t tolerate that they reunited our stay

Unfortunately , my room was not good, no view, not black out, I didn’t like the location.

The smell in elevator was so bad, I guess they had a problem with sewer pipes, so the smell was sooooooo bad for the whole 4 days.
