Best hotel I’ve stayed during my Saudi trip! Maybe because it’s not a place where Umrah pilgrims go but sadly even though it’s said KAFD but it’s still far from the metro station which is still impossible to walk or even getting a bus!

Expensive for what it is Decent hotel but should cost half the price considering the room size and overall facility.

Overall a good hotel for business stays. Service was good and breakfast was also good.

Reservation: "Booking online was easy enough, but the hotel staff's poor communication regarding confirmation ended up costing me a better price. Their slow response meant I missed out on a deal, which was frustrating." Room: "I booked a single room with a double bed. The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the TV quality was poor, and the mini-fridge wasn't working. The room was also quite small for the price, and the noise from nearby construction was disruptive due to poor sound insulation." Staff and Service: "The staff, particularly at reception, were not friendly or welcoming. They lacked basic professionalism and displayed poor attitudes. Surprisingly, the housekeeper was much more pleasant and helpful. This inconsistency in service was noticeable and disappointing." Overall: "While the hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby, the negative aspects of my stay outweighed the positives. The high price for a small, poorly equipped room, combined with the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff, made for a less than satisfactory experience.
