酒店從前台到客房服務員都非常友好。餐廳有一個巴基斯坦籍的小哥，記不住他的名字，每次都很熱情地跟我們打招呼。

經常入住的酒店，服務挺不錯，這次還給免費升級了套房。

酒店自帶院落，代客泊車方便，房間乾淨、服務熱情、早餐好、裝修有特色。

酒店交通便利，設施完善 衞生：很好👍 服務：很棒，夜景不錯👍

酒店的所有員工都非常友好。 酒店內部很好，但工作人員非常友好。 如果我再次去利雅得，我會再次訪問。

جدا الخدمه ممتازه اشكر (شكيب ) بشكل خاص لحسن التعامل والاستقبال والخدمه ممتار التعاون والتنظيف السريع وتبديل الاطباق ومساعده بكل شي شكرا شكيب والاكل ممتاز والحلا والقهوه و وهادي رايقق وايضا الاهتمام اشكرا شكيب مرا ااخر افضل خدمه على الاطلاق

Thank you to Shakib in MeNa restaurant for taking such good care of us after we arrived late after a tiring full day of city tour for dinner at 10pm. He fed us thoroughly with hot fare, and ensured that we left full and satisfied, then made us laugh some more about his stories of working in Jeddah and moving from Bangladesh.

فندق فخم ولاكن… - خدمة الاستقبال ضعيفه (موظف واحد و فترات انتظار طويله ) - خدمة الغرف جدا سيئه ممكن يتأخر طلبك ساعات و ممكن انه ما يوصل ابدا - الاسره غير مريحه - الحمام غير مريح و فندق خمس نجوم ما فيه بانيو… - موظفين المطعم غير مدربين و غير منتظمين. - لا يوجد اهتمام براحة النزيل تحس نفسك قاعد ببلاش. - تجربه فاشله و للاسف ما راح اعيدها

I'll give the restaurant this time 3 stars due to lake of variety of food but the service is great Mr sahib was very cooperative and try to serve us with hospitality This time it was international buffet not theme night maybe that's why there was no variation in the food but it was tasty

موقع الفندق قريب العثيم مول وحوله كل شي،، الغرف نظيفه والخدمه لطيفه اكثر الموظفين مبتسمين ( وقت المسبح قليل) ، الفطور متنوع نسبيا الموظف شكيب مميز في خدمته ولطيف جدا حيث سعى لتقديم افضل خدمة لنا اكيد سوف احجز في هذا الفندق مرا اخرى

I am staying here at the moment until December, I had my first dinner at the buffet and it was Egypt themed! Fantastic food, breathtaking buffet of deserts! And my waiter Shakib helped me so very much serving my dinner and being so welcoming and attentive ! The best service I could have had! Normal prices for a hotel! I did not have enough room to try everything that looked so delicious! Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms with so soft beds and relaxing atmosphere, amenities such as cooker, oven, sink, washing machine, coffee machine! Perfect for working abroad ! I guess it’s not easy to walk to and from the hotel but it’s worth paying for an Uber and a taxi every time you need the shops. . The people working here are the best at taking care of their customers, you will definitely enjoy your stay! I would have loved to see that they offer spa services for women as I love a good spa day and a massage but it’s only offered to men at this time unfortunately.

Nice service and great food ! Shakib was our waiter for the whole night and he was phenomenal. Also the other servers were great. We were treated kindly the whole night. I highly recommend the buffet ! The environment is nice and cozy. The vallet parking was a nice touch.
