An old hotel in need of upgrading. We are elderly and had to walk down from the 17th floor as the elevators often didn’t work. I was stuck between floors once and our room keys needed changing several times. Upon check in we were told breakfast was not included. This suddenly changed when we showed the front desk a voucher. the rooms were freezing cold ( 15 C) and we needed a heater ( which quit working) We were told we could charge a meal to our room and then at 915 PM while we were in bed told that we couldn’t and come and pay the bill at the restaurant . For the money, the worst hotel I have stayed in after visiting 140 countries

入住時趕上齋月，酒店收早餐的錢，無早餐供應。因為房費問題，攜程同這家酒店沒有溝通好，中間協調好多次。在國內訂這家酒店，攜程上有優惠。我感覺這家酒店有惡意避優惠的嫌疑，堅持要在酒店重新按他們的價格付費。大家入住這家酒店要弄清付費問題。

Considering some of the reviews on here saying this hotel is dirty, I'll personally tell you that some of the higher-end ”luxury” hotels in Riyadh are also no different. You get what you pay for. 100 GPB for two nights in a massive junior suite really isn't that bad. You get a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean water in the bathroom. So the hotel is old, dated and the area is dirty. You're in Riyadh. There is trash everywhere in Riyadh. Yes, the hotel is in a dirty area, but they are in the process of redeveloping this area of Riyadh. Things will change for the better I think. Either way, it's not a bad hotel at all. It's not perfect, but if you complain about the little things, then go spend three times as much in a much ”nicer” hotel, and I guarantee you'll find things to complain about there as well. By the way, parking IS available, behind the hotel in a separate lot for 60 riyals per day.

Riyadh is so big that it is impossibile to talk about a good location as it depends on where you want to go and what you want to see. This hotel was up to par to what was advertised. Parking garage with direct access to the lobby, nice clean rooms, quiet, a generous breakfast, comfy beds, nice shower. I would stay there again
