Warm and well ventilated at the top of a hill, View of the Caribbean Sea, not overlooked, the magnificent 180 ° view (Diamond Rock and Lamentin plain).

The neighborhood is quiet and residential.
The owners rent their house there (nothing is missing).
Location very well located to quickly reach different points on the island, 5 minutes from several shops in Rivière salée and 10 minutes from the beach. 5kms from Ste Luce, du Diamant, and 10 kms from the 3 islets.
1 master bedroom (shower room, toilet, dressing room) 180 x 200 air-conditioned bed, fitted with mosquito nets at each window.
2 bedrooms (140 beds), a separate shower room and toilet, air-conditioned, fitted with mosquito nets at each window.
Linens and towels and beach towels provided.
Beautiful Terrace (BBQ) with sea view and Diamond Rock,
Fully equipped kitchen, American fridge, ice dispenser, oven and microwave, various coffee makers, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
Large living room open onto the terrace, with wifi "orange" TV.

Exceptionnel… La villa Sansoucy, la piscine privée, la vue et nos Hotes
Exeptionnel en effet! Le superlatif n'est pas exagéré! La location superbement située dans une résidence très calme, à 10mn du diamant et 10mn de Ste Luce. La piscine vous est totalement réservée!! Les colibris viennent vous saluer sur la terrasse! La vue panoramique est à couper le souffle et vous mets de bonne humeur pour toute la journée.
Exceptionnels également, Magalie et Jean Emmanuel!! Hôtes véritablement bienveillants, tout aussi discrets que reactifs si besoin prêts à vous rendre service n'importe quand ! Ils ont même assuré le dîner et le petit déjeuner de notre arrivée et plus encore…
Un sejour 5 etoiles pour ce nid des plus addictif!!

Un séjour sans souci
Nous sommes ravie de notre séjour très agréable. Maison magnifique et vue imprenable sur la mer et le rocher du diamant. Merci à Magali et Jean Emmanuel pour l’accueil et leurs conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Belle Martinique
2e visite en Martinique après 8 ans,
Belles plages publiques accessibles en tout temps, sans frais. C' est merveilleux.
Le coût de la vie y est très chère cette année.

Extraordinaire
L'acceuil de Magali et Jean Emmanuel est très chaleureux, on se sent directement chez nous. Très discret mais de suite présent pour le moindre soucis et toujours bcp d'attention. Le cadre a une vue imprenable par rapport à l'emplacement, tout est fait pour passer des vacances dans la plénitude. Encore un grand merci à Magali et Jean Emmanuel pour leur gentillesse et attention. Bises à eux et Martin et Minette.
