The bar areas were very small. The bartender at the outdoor tiki bar was extremely loud and vulgar, possibly drunk himself. Talked to concierge twice, and the two men working there were so confused and unable to assist in a confident and knowledgeable manner to the very simple questions asked. Very little staff assisting in serving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was good but not great, but the prices were outrageous compared to the quality of the food. And the wait staff was very lacking and not enjoyable. And for the amount of money you pay for a room, not having breakfast included is absurd. Ordered room service dining and someone brought it up the two meals with their hands rather than on a dining cart and had to fish out utensils and condiments from their pockets. I find this to be unprofessional for this level of quality and service. While overall it was a nice resort, I’m not sure the price tag matches the quality this resort claims to advertise.

This is a very nice facility, great beach, good restaurant on site and all within a very nice section of Florida. We did encounter a few unfortunate hiccups during our stay that the lovely staff did their best to remedy, and make our stay as good as possible (and the people that work here are terrific). I would give Marriott Singer Island another try...

Somewhat disappointing overall. Requested change from initial room which was very nice but had horrible clanging sound. They graciously accommodated my request. Lobby undergoing renovation requiring us to walk outside each time we went to the on-site restaurant. No doorman - struggled to open main door each time. Maid service apparently can show up as late as 5:00 PM, but you can request earlier time to make up room - we just didn’t know. Rooms were nice - they are condos. No issues - appreciated spacious bathroom and hot shower with great water pressure. Restaurant food was overpriced and truly mediocre. Thought there would be more restaurant choices; what they count as another restaurant was the limited food available at the kids/family pool area.

Family friendly. The waterslide kept everyone at the family pool satisfied with entertainment. Food was 4.25/5. They had a bonfire one night on the beach with chairs surrounding the dug out fire oit and smores. We would come back.

The blanket on our bed was full of mold. When I called down to the front desk to request a new blanket they told us house keeping was gone for the day forcing us to sleep with the blanket to stay warm. My husband had a sever skin reaction to the blanket. When we went down to the front desk to express our concerns they had us email an incident report in which the manger of the property responded to it and said it was only feathers in our blanket, there’s no cause for concern although my husband was covered In hives from head to toe.

Such a wonderful stay. Hotel was gorgeous, Room was beautiful and so clean. Staff was so friendly and they went above and beyond when they learned it was our anniversary. Food was also great at the restaurant. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.
