Had to be put into 3 different room due to loud live music coming from the 11th floor….we first were put on the 11th floor, very loud….next put on the 8th floor….terrible also…now we are in 308 on the 3rd floor…still loud, wife now talking to the night supervisor Juan….will stay but will not pay, terrible…we will dispute on the credit card

Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at the hotel portion of Fantasy Springs ****** with the only drawback of very difficult to get reservations for any weekend even 8-10 months out. The other issue I found was within the room itself, the mattresses could use replacing.

This ****** hotel is at convenient location. Itd clean and workers are top knotch.
But…. The consistent flies not soo much.

We loved the restaurant POM and the ****** and the room. All employees that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and hospitable and please tell all of them thank you. We will recommend and return again someday.

Starting to show its age with some scuffed furniture etc. we noticed an oder throughout our room and the water smelled.
The personnel we interacted with were very friendly.
All in all, an OK place to stay while on the road, especially if you like the ****** area.

A very nice hotel, without smoke-filled areas! However, requested 1 hour early check in (2p) and, had to wait until 315p for room to be prepared.
