Punti di forza dell'hotel: colazione eccellente in una sala con vista lago, camere ristrutturate molto bene, vista lago dalla camera, dotazioni in camera. Piscina ( non usata ma visibile dalla camera). Punti deboli dell'hotel: parti comuni non ristrutturate, personale freddo e distaccato. Complessivamente molto valido anche se la posizione non è vicina al centro di Riva del Garda

Bell'hotel in posizione strategica a Riva del Garda. La struttura è stata da poco rinnovata all'esterno e all'interno. Camere spaziose ( il bagno un pò piccolino per i miei gusti ) . Accoglienza e disponibilità ottima. Colazione in terrazza ricca e per tutti i gusti. Vista dalla terrazza molto appagante. Garage interno . Ci si sta proprio bene

Abbiamo soggiornato io con mio marito, albergo molto confortevole, personale educato e disponibile. Le zone top sono: la colazione servita al 4 piano con vista lago, la piscina privata molto tranquilla. Dalla colazione alla cena tutto molto buono. Per i nostri 20 anni di matrimonio abbiamo scelto bene. Grazie alla fam.Bresciani.

Aivan sokkona varattu hotelli ja yllätti täydellisesti.Viimeisen päälle siistit rempatut huoneet hyvällä nykyaikaisella ilmastoinnilla ja siistit yleistilat.Asiakaspalvelu todella hyvä. Aamiaistila ylin kerros missä terassinäkymät huikeat! Aamiaistarjoilu monipuolinen ja täyttävä! Oltiin 7 yötä ja ei valittamista,suositellaan.

Super sauberes Hotel,sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück

Die Zimmer sind vollkommend endsprechend, die Lage ist gut für uns, für ein Paar für einen Bike-Urlaub ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Garage für die Räder ist vorhanden. Das Highlight vom Hotel ist die Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Einfach top, wenn der Tag so beginnt!!!! Die einzige Kritik: 2 Matratzen als Doppelbett, die auseinander rutschen und nicht so komfortabel sind, als eine gewohnte Doppelmatratze! Leider immer wieder.... Aber das Hotel ist top. Nettes Personal und schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit 5 Sterne Deluxe Aussicht beim echt guten Frühstück mit viel Angebot für jeden! Es war toll und jederzeit wieder!

Auch bei unserem 8. Besuch wurden wir zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit versorgt. Ob die neu renovierten, komfortablen Zimmer, der hervorragende Service, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse oder der gepflegte Poolbereich - ein Urlaubsaufenthalt im Hotel Riviera in Riva kann nur schön und erholsam sein. First of all would like to say that this is a really lovely hotel and deserves more than 3 stars. We had a great holiday and loved Lake Garda and the surrounding areas and the scenery was so picturesque with the stunning mountain backdrop. Our room was spotless very bright & airy with a huge comfy bed & pillows, really spacious room. small fridge where you get free bottled water everyday and a large walk in shower. Room cleaned & clean towels given every day. Air con worked great too. Breakfast on the rooftop every day was amazing. Lots to choose, from cereals to continental to eggs & bacon. The views are amazing up there. They have a chef every Sunday making omelettes and pancakes to order. The breakfast ladies were lovely & friendly too. As we were half board we had evening meal included which had a salad buffet to begin with followed by a 3 course meal. Honestly the food was so good and deserves 5 stars. Never had a bad meal and every course was delicious. Gala dinner on a Friday was 4 courses and was really nice. Again the waitresses all lovely. Hotel pool area is across the street accessed by your room card. Whole area was beautiful lovely trees and a big pool that was just the right temperature and lots of sun beds. They have a small self service bar area where you write down what you’ve had and gets added to your tab. And the hot tub was lovely too. Lots of cute lizards roaming around! Reception staff although friendly enough weren’t too helpful at times. We asked about getting the code for the trentino card as we had been told about it by other guests. one lady took our email and said she would email it but never did. We returned to reception a couple of days later to ask about this as we wanted to travel on the bus and the man said no code for you. This was strange as they advertise the card upon entering the hotel and every other guest seemed to have it. They also gave us wrong information about bus times too which you would expect them to know. The roof top breakfast area also seems like such a waste during the day/evening as if you want to have a drink up there you have to phone up and order but think they are missing a trick by not having a full bar up there with some music or something seemed a shame as the views were so amazing. We went up a few times for photos and were the only ones there. Also on the last day we noticed other guests had been given breakfast bags but we were never made aware that this was an option as we had to leave before the breakfast opened. Not major issues and didn’t impact the holiday but we did find this strange as its info we would have liked to have been aware of. Overall a lovely holiday & hotel just some minor improvements by reception and would have given 5 stars. Remember to bring mosquito repellant and plenty of sun cream!
