Everything was good as location is in city centre, staff behaviour was good & room are in good condition.

Centrally located and was very convenient to navigate to local tourist places. Very close to bus stand. Hotel service was very good and customer friendly.

Good experience, staff in this hotel is very friendly and quality of food was good with reasonable price

Hotel room was clean, properly furnished. Hotel is within a short distance from transport hub like bus station and two railway station. Mayakund and triveni ghat is less than a mile. Hotel staff is well behaved and attentive. They can improve upon ventilation.

1-the rooms are very small. 2-no chair to sit. Or even space for keeping tea cup. 3-no lift for senior citizen (wheel chair) 4-where is 400 sq feet room to occupy 4 adults. 5- but the meal preparation is very good. 6-dining hall is empty always seems no business there.
