I recently stayed at Pride Hotel & Resort in Rishikesh from 18th June 19th June and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was hygienic. The food was delicious with a good variety in the breakfast buffet. Room service was prompt and efficient. Special thanks to Mr. Sachiv and his team Shailja and saurabh for making our stay even more comfortable.I highly recommend Pride hotel & resort to anyone visiting Rishikesh whether for business or leisure.

I had an amazing experience during my stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. What really stood out was the food! Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The variety and quality were impressive, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Disgusting service, by the front office department by Mr. Sanjay kothari at We were denied water by the staff at 10:30pm at night and were told that the ""F &B Service" has been closed and water will not provided. And when we asked for water glasses we were served them 20 mins later and instead of high balls we were given shot glasses instead. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone for stay. The staff was very rude. We were asked to wait for 20 + minutes to talk to the manager in duty because he was too busy to talk to the guests who were disturbed by their service. The staff is filled with attitude.

Worst hotel i ever stayed. 1. Washroom shik was chocked not checked by staff before hand over room to me. 2. Mini fridge provide by hotel in our room but it was not in working condition. When I requested to hotel staff for rectification then Mr. Sagar ( From reception team) came to our room and saying " ye fridge thanda karne ke liye nahi h ye bs jo chij aap jis temperature pe rakho ge vo usi ko maintain kare ga" According to me fridge use to keep and cool things but i think hotel don't know about it. 3. Air conditioning not up to the mark when i Requested hotel staff to check but as per Mr. Sagar from reception "agr cooling nahi ho rahi h to fan use Kar lo" Thanks for uncomfortable stay.

1. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom. 2. Bathroom was too small. 3. Pest were found in bathroom wall. 4. Films in the window separating bathroom and main room were broken / damaged. 5. SOuth Indian Food when ordered as mentioned in the menu was not available as the Chef who was preparing these items left the hotel and replacement was not found. House keeping of lift was not up to the mark.
