The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming. The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath. Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members. The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work. In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

This is by far one of the best ganga view hotels in Rishikesh. The location on the holy banks of the river Ganga offers not only stunning views but a peaceful atmosphere as well. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, and provide a beautiful view of the river and mountains. In the evening, their cafe is perfect spot to enjoy the view with some delicious food.
