Lady checking us is was rude 2. someone had peed in the ice bucket and put it in the top dresser drawer and when I found it the guy who answered the phone at the front desk was great about taking care of it and spraying because it smelled so bad but someone didn’t do there job cleaning the room because they should have found it. 3. I made a cup of coffee in the room and it tasted like it was burnt pop corn because the machine was dirty. 4. The snack and pop machine is out of order and the man at the front desk said it’s been that way for 6 months 5. They had no extra pillows and only 2 on both beds.
