The front desk was so helpful, especially when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi company and retrieve my phone and deliver it to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast voucher was reasonable considering dinner included an appetizer or dessert. It was honestly the best experience I had in the UK on this trip. Great value!

Staff were friendly and convenient that there was a restaurant next door with great breakfast. McDonald’s and Sainsburys nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Ripley! The housekeeping staff were very friendly, receptionists were lovely & very helpful. Room was very clean & the beds were comfy as always. The restaurant served great food, which was excellent value for money. We were very impressed & and will definitely be back.

This hotel is neatly packed away from any driving noise. Sited with plenty of parking, food and drink on tap, this hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are on hand from arrival to leaving and ensure your stay meets your needs. The room was definitely clean and as always, slept all night with no interruptions, (slept so well I almost slept through the alarm) Highly recommended for any business or personal travel

Good parking available at the front of the hotel . The reception staff were friendly , informative and efficient . The room was clean and well equipped , tea coffee making facilities , hair dryer and a very comfortable bed . The restaurant area was large and relaxing , we enjoyed our evening meal and full English breakfast , very reasonably priced .

Stayed here for two nights on business. As usual very clean rooms easy check in. Very quiet area with plenty of free parking. Breakfast in neighbouring restaurant was sufficient and plenty of it. Good for a business trip.

The hotel is clean and welcoming, room and restaurant were great but the highlight was the help from the reception staff when I had a car problem. Nigel was an absolute star, sorted it out for me so I could get back to Cornwall. It’s not uk registered so I couldn’t get anyone to come out to help. Customer service definitely over and above on this occasion.

Clean, comfortable room. Good layout of desk and bed. Free Wi-Fi a bit slow but worked well for e-mail. Got a good nights sleep, with window shut could not hear road noise. Ample, free parking, even when returning late. Many nearby restaurants and other facilities.

Friendly service at reception. My stay was as expected. A comfortable bed as always. The room was a little warm for me, ventilation was tricky when the windows don't fully open - not hotel's fault I know.
