La première impression fut bonne. La chambre avec un salon faisait penser à une suite. Mais il s'est avéré que la literie avait besoin d'être renouvelée et qu'aucune lumière ne fonctionnait dans la chambre. N'étant pas un lecteur assidu cela ne m'a guère impacté. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Devant prendre un avion pour Paris à 7 h du matin j'avais demandé à l'hotel de réserver un taxi pour 5h30 et de me reveiller à 5h20.Je n'ai reçu aucun appel. Heureusement que je m'étais réveillé et avais mis l'alarme sur mon téléphone. A 5h 30 j'ai quitté la chambre. Il n'y avait personne à la réception. J'ai appuyé sur la sonnette. Une manager est venue. Elle a réveillé la réceptioniste qui dormait dans une pièce voisine!! J'aurais pu râter mon avion!!! La réceptioniste m'a dit que le taxi devait probablement être arrivé. Je lui ai demandé de vérifier. Elle a téléphoné. Le taxi était là . Mais la course de 15 eur indiquée par l'hotel pour l'aéroport est devenue une course à 19 eur. J'aurais mieux fait de reserver un taxi par *********** pour ne pas avoir ce type de surprise. !! Le principal intérêt de cet hotel est sa proximité avec l'aéroport Sinon il est éloigné de tout. Aucun bar ni restaurant à proximité. Il faut prendre les bus 19 ou 4 pour se rendre dans le centre de Riga (9 arrêts de bus) Pour 57 eur la nuit j'aurais pu m'attendre à mieux.

Hello! I booked this room with a hot tub to relax, of course you can book in Jurmala, etc., however, due to our child's health, we don't go anywhere far from the children's hospital... The hot tub turned out to be a fake offer, it didn't work and it was dirty around the buttons and bubble holes, also everything flows from the bottom of the tub on the floor, of course there is a drain pipe in the middle of the bathroom, but I can slip when walking there with an infant, it's dangerous. I didn't want to explain on the spot about the daily worries at home, because this was the first time for me to rest outside the house for a long time. The breakfast was great❤, the pancakes lacked honey Thank you! I hope you get to upgrade the room to a true semi-deluxe room and implement safety and cleanliness in the hot tub...

Hotel situated in quiet area. Parking is possible near the hotel. The rooms are old and not so nice anymore. Toilets door locks were broken (rooms 402 and 408). Shower was good. Beds not so comfortable. But its all understandable of the price. Breakfast was good surprise. Tasty and lots of different choices.

Worst service ever. When our family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 7-10) arrived at midnight, they couldn’t find our reservation. Even when we showed the booking via ********** and the e-mail, we wrote to Them a few days before. When we valles ********** the receptionist wouldn’t give her name and got angry and blamed us. In the end we left and took a bus to the centre, where we found a hotel. Would NOT recommend.

It's simple but very clean. The surrounding area is quiet and breakfast was good. I liked a very good shower and a hairdryer. Basically you have everything you need for a short stay. And it's a good value for money you pay.
