We booked a room with a city view and didn’t get it (but paid for that).
Hotel shows that have a parking, but if You will go to the hotel by car you will receive a ticket from police man, so you need to find a parking place.
Was loud music till 11 pm.
The swimming pool experience was horrible, a lot of man had drinks and food from the local shop, nobody was there to keep on eye what’s going on, so we just left those drunk people to keep parting there.
Everything is reachable in the old town by foot. It's not advisable to arrive by own car as there is a huge construction site opposite the narrow street and no doormen. A permission for public parking in the area they sell for 30 euro per night. Take your key when going out late. Reception might not be manned. Restaurant only offers convenience food.
The room was old and worn out, but it wasn't the worst. I asked three times for the broken minibar to be repaired or replaced and nothing happened. The hotel also promised when I inquired beforehand that there would be gluten free food for me at breakfast, which is a necessity for me because I suffer from celiac disease. At breakfast I only got toast. I couldn't enjoy any cold cuts, hot dishes, because they said they had gluten in them. That is, I ate dry bread and a few slices of tomatoes and cucumber. I have also left feedback to them electronically several times, but no one has ever replied to me. I also immediately tried to get someone a refund from reception, but the receptionist refused to give anything. I got a card with only an email address to which no one answers. Poor service and substandard for a treatment of customers. I can't recommend the place to anyone.
Right in the middle of the old town, minutes from restaurants, good sized room and bathroom, breakfast fine. Only issue is the hotel's parking area is accessed thru a very, very narrow street opening, which I did not navigate well and resulted in $1200 in damage, also the front desk person didn't know how to get to the parking even though it was 30 meters away (maybe she was new). In any case, very big cars will find it a challenge to park.
訪訪客An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . .
Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available.
The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was.
Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.
Gardas brokastis. Spožs apgaismojums. Kluss.
TTack KhangI had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the location was ideal for city exploration. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay, Ms Inga and Madam Agneta are the best receptionists that I have ever seen in life, thank you!
