諾沃克萬怡飯店(Courtyard Norwalk)

We came in late and were put into a room. Everything was fine until we got into bed which was wet because someone had urinated in the bed and they had just made the bed over this- maybe not realizing it was wet. We were really grossed out about the experience. The manager did put us in another room which was clean and we had no complaints about that room. I feel bad leaving a negative review because it doesn't seem like this is the norm. But we were also not offered anything for the inconvenience. Just an apology.

For what it is, it’s a fine place to stay overnight. I wouldn’t say it was amazing but it was clean. When the air conditioning was off, the room smelled like feet, so that was a little off-putting. We were out and about from 9 am to 3 pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned. That was inconvenient because we had to hunt down more towels and toilet paper. We were disappointed in the dining because they don’t cook the food- it’s warmed up, like at Starbucks. The burger was inedible because who wants a microwaved burger? I did like the fact that there are multiple entrances so you can enter and exit near your room- big plus!

It was very clean, I think on the newer side? comfortable and nice to have a mini restaurant on site. I also liked the courtyard layout and the separate gym area. I did have a TV that wasn't working and no one was able to come by for at least 30 min, it was late so I went to bed. They seemed a bit understaffed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again if in the area.

Overall it was a nice stay. Clean enough. Small indoor pool and workout area. There is a bar/small dining area. Though we did not eat there due to my personal dietary restrictions. It wasn’t a poor stay for the weekend.

Clean bed and bath. No microwave, but there’s a mini fridge and keurig. Tv was a bit of an awkward location at the side of the bed so my partner and I are laying on our sides to watch, but the room was nice and comfy. Housekeeping cleans the room as well as it looks upon first arrival.

We left a different hotel because we felt unsafe and came to Marriott. It was wonderful and there were no safety concerns at all and it was just down the road. They were very busy but met all our needs.

Room was nice and clean. Close by to the office I was visiting. I would avoid the food in the hotel and the bar closed at 10 which wasn’t convenient

Property is in convenient location and well maintained. Did not like heating/cooling system. Very loud!

The Courtyard by Marriot sign is easy to miss. Hotel is located across from the Sinclair gas station.
