The beds in the room were hard and squeaky. The carpet inside the room was very dirty and had stains. There were ***** hairs left in the shower. Coffee was very watery. The lobby seemed to be the nicest area of the hotel.The Customer Service person at the desk was very nice. We did leave our stay early and went to another hotel.

Hôtel bizarre dans une sorte de communauté de retraités. Entre Epad et hôtel. Chambre vieilles et propriété limité. Totalement paumé au milieu du désert. Expérience particulière mais qui nous a permis de faire une halte dans notre parcours. 1 nuit ça dépanne…. Pas plus.

Room had water stains on ceiling. Which could have been mould. Curtains s above room heater and AC unit where covered in dust

I like the cleaniness and the quietness. Wish there was a bigger gym and not so exposed to everyone walking n out of the hotel’s entrance doors

Nice, clean hotel in Ridgecrest We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ridgecrest. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and they also offer snacks throughout the day in their lobby area.
