We decided to visit Richmond last minute and were very fortunate to have found this guest house had availability. Centrally located in Richmond, Willance House is a Gorgeous grade 2 listed building and we couldn't fault anything. Our Room was exceptionally clean, warm, beautiful décor which reflected the building and lots of homely touches made this a great place to stay. The variety of breakfast options to pre order was outstanding for such a small guest house and all food was freshly cooked to order. The warmth shown by owners Colin and Sandra mirrored their lovely home and we felt lucky to have found such a gem of a place. Thankyou for a lovely overnight stay.

Warm and informative greeting. Room was lovely, well maintained and comfy bed. Bathroom was immaculate and very good shower. Hosts were excellent throughout, great choice for breakfast which was delicious and served really well. Great value for money and would really recommend

Little Gem in Richmond We had a truely wonderful stay at Willance House, a littke gem of a place a short walk from Richmond town centre with ample street parking opposite. The guest house itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good quality ingredients and absoloutley delicious. The hosts Colin and Sandra were very welcoming and attentive, fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would without a doubt stay here again and higly recommend.

Ideal place to stay everything was fantastic. Welcoming host, location perfect for town centre and free parking close by, Room was great too, clean comfortable and added to that a refreshment tray with plenty tea and fresh milk if needed. Breakfast choices were fabulous.
