I was there end of April. The elevator was out of order which does happen. But on return visit June 3 the elevator was still out of order. For the amount of money paid to stay for one night and have to carry baggage up stairs was really disapppointing. The gal at desk was so kind as to offer to help with my things. I did refuse as I am still capabe but what about others??? I am sorry but this will probably be my last time staying at your Richmond, IN hotel. Very sad as it is very conveninent for my traveling.

Poor condition. It was currently under renovation. However, plywood and trash all over in hallway on ground floor and on grounds. There was little parking because of this. Room was dirty, old and unsafe. Went to use the shower. Slippery. Unsafe. Fell getting in the tub for shower. Tile was cracked. Mattress was mush! Awful and uncomfortable

The hotel was clean but in need of updates. Biggest problem was that I could not access their wi fi. Have never had this problem at any other hotel I have stayed at. Room was adequate. I left before breakfast but was not able to get a receipt as there was no one manning the desk at 5:30.

The hotel was undergoing a major renovation and was in marginal condition. Nothing was mentioned about the renovation on line when I made the reservation. Plus there was no hot water for the shower the next morning. The breakfast was marginal also and the coffee was so bad I made a stop immediately after leaving the motel to buy some coffee. I was so upset about the experience that I don't expect to stay at a Best Western for a LONG TIME.

I Didnt realize hotel was near a busy train track…! Definitely heard it a couple times during the night.
First room we were checked into had a broken fridge & was a little moldy. So they moved us to another room, and the sofa bed in that room had stained sheets, crumbs, and dead ants in it?!
Once we got clean sheets it was an ok stay. The sofa bed mattress was covered in plastic so every time my brother moved we could hear it. Basic breakfast, nice staff.
I stayed here once last year and didn’t have these issues. So I’m chalking it up to their current renovation work.

We had absolutely no issues. Was an enjoyable time. The shower was wonderful. Would have liked to have stayed in longer, but we were in a hurry. The breakfast was delicious

Shower was lukewarm. Stink bugs in the room. Manager was supposed to call me about my concerns and did not.

It was messy; the air conditioner barely worked, the breakfast attended was cranky and snippy at an old man and another person at the front desk.
