The first room that I was given was not cleaned! Bed unmade, towels on the floor. The lady at the front desk didn’t know that the housekeeper didn’t clean the room. I was offered another room and the stall smoker was loud! I have asthma and I requested a refund. Didn’t apologize for terrible service!

1 nuit chambre 2 lits Hotel bien situé. Chambre propre, bien équipée! Literie peu confortable, sommier métalique faisant un bruit infernal à chaque mouvement… Wifi peu fonctionnel, signal faible. Petit dej bon et varié. Parking gratuit. Nombreuses options de restauration à proximité. Un peu de bruit car proche d’une route très fréquentée et chambres donnant sur le parking…

Okay for quick in and out. Bathroom needed more attention. Toilet was loose, needs to be tightened down. Floors were so-so. Wouldn’t walk around barefoot.

The first room we were given had not been made up from the previous guest, so we had to go back and ask for another room. In the second room, the bed seemed clean and comfy. However, we were not able to set the air conditioner below 72, and could not get the room to cool properly. The floors were very dirty, making our feet black. We could feel the grit on the floor, and we had to continually wipe our feet before getting into bed or putting our shoes on. We could not even set our luggage on the floor. There were bugs on the floor and spiders in the bathroom. We could not relax here, and won’t be staying at a Quality Inn again.

Don't be fooled by the Rating The hotel has a high ranking so I decided to try it out. The 1st room had roaches. The 2nd room had mold on the outside of the nightstand. After that I wasn't given a 3rd option not that I wanted one .so I asked for a refund. Which he said 24 hours and I'm still waiting almost 3 days later

I had a room with King bed for 3 nights. It's good given its price. Had a specific odor when I got in. Not awful, but noticeable. Got used to it very fast though. Otherwise, the room was spacious. Bathroom was clean and good. Tissues were available. Bed was good and clean. There was a TV. There is a facility room that is basic but good. Did not use it though, just saw it. Breakfast is served everyday 7 to 9 AM and was good. Toast, cornflakes, waffles, other pastries, coffee and other drinks. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and people there were friendly.
