The property is nice and clean. Staff is respectful. BUT a huge problem during our 1 night stay was the wifi wouldn’t work no matter how many times they rebooted it. This is awful and unacceptable at a hotel. People come for work or need to do schoolwork, we really needed the wifi to work during our stay but it didn’t. It was ridiculous that we had to leave our room and drive to another hotel and beg to use their private wifi in the lobby so that I wouldn’t fail my class late at night! I asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t there and staff should have passed over our information to ensure that the manager calls us, at the very least. Due to this hotels unreliable “amenities” (wifi) we will not be staying here again.

Honestly the worst experience we’ve had at any hotel. The staff all gave us different answers about charging us 8nights . And our deadbolt was locked from the inside while we were out and the staff could not guarantee it be open since no maintenance was available on a Saturday and told us she doesn’t have to help us if she doesn’t want. We were also told it was our fault and it was someone from our party that is inside the room… which my whole family was outside 🤔. We left early because it was such bad experience and currently talking to choice hotels rep to get our stay refunded for at least one night.

The property was beautiful. Everything in my room was clean and the hotel was near majority of the places I needed to be. Overall the stay was great, however Joanne at the front desk was so incredibly rude and if I didn’t return again she’d be the reason. I waited at the counter as she took two phone calls which wasn’t a problem. I could tell she was busy and was doing the best she could. However, the problem was that I’ve never in my life witnessed someone speak so rudely to potential guest. A few minutes later I step up to the counter for her to help me and the experience was no better. I’m a very understanding person and I know that life’s tough at times. I just hope that that’s not the type of service she provides on a daily basis.

The Cambria is my go to hotel in Dallas. Amazing price for high quality. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating! Tatiana at the front desk is the most polite and courteous. The pool was just the right temp, I got my daily workout in and the rooms are modern and very well kept. I love this hotel.

The gal at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The property was nice and new. I liked how big our room was. It was clean except for a few minor details. The shower floor had some pink mold growing and the walls needed to be wiped down. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. If we travel again to Dallas, we will definitely stay here again.

It was good enough that we didn’t want to waste time finding another hotel, but I wouldn’t go back. Room shades were broken, fridge didn’t work, only one coffee pod that wasn’t decaf. Decently clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Service was also pretty minimal. There were several restaurants within walking distance which was nice and it’s in a clean part of town. I just think this hotel is starting to go downhill.

This is a super nice place to stay. I am very picky and this is one of the most well kept hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The excellent housekeeping staff keeps the entire hotel inside and out very clean and orderly. They are always cleaning windows, floors, etc. We stayed there several days and we just enjoyed staying in the lobby bc it was so well maintained, as were all the other areas in this hotel, including very nice outdoor grounds/landscaping. Great location with lots of places to eat and a beautiful nature area nearby. Nice helpful staff. (Shoutout especially to Joanne😊). I recommend this place! Hope the present staff stays on👍

Everything was great. The room and entire hotel was very clean. The front desk crew was awesome. Same person was there a lot and was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I will continue to stay there monthly as I come for business every month.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint is AC was set at 78 in fitness center. That is way too hot for a workout room and when asked if they can adjust it cooler they said no. No workout room should be that hot.
