山嶺旅館(The Ridge Guesthouse)

Ci siamo fermati per una notte in questa struttura e posso solo dire di aver passato una permanenza eccellente.Si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla,la camera spaziosa e luminosa con una bella vista sul mare,il personale è stato molto professionale e gentile.Nel prezzo era compresa anche la cena e la colazione.Sicuramente se mi capita di ritornare a Richards Bay ci fermeremo di nuovo.

The staff were friendly and responded positively to our requests. Our booking was well managed and my special needs as a paraplegic were considered. The room was quite spacious, clean and pleasantly furnished. We enjoyed the sliding door access to the pool area and the views of the Richards Bay harbour. We were disappointed with the included breakfast prepared by Jack's Corner Ocean View Restaurant and didn't perceive it to be a fair value offering for the additional price we paid. On hindsight we should have taken the without breakfast option and had breakfast elsewhere.

My stay at the guest house was a really warm, fun and amazing experience. The view outside the place is absolutely amazing, ohhh how can I forget the excellent service at reception. The ladies are very welcoming and very respectful. Will definitely visit the place next time.

Reception was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Easy access and ample parking. Beautiful view over Meer & See and occasional hippo sightings.

Great accommodation with a fantastic view, friendly staff and great food. Rooms were spacious, tidy and clean. Restaurant was also clean and tidy, food was good and well priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Safe and decent place to stay. Great views and good restaurant on site. Unfortunately smoking is allowed outside rooms around the pool…smoke permeates into nearby rooms which I found unbearable and had to move to another room. Would appreciate non-dairy milk options for tea. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. I was given another room very quickly.

The air conditioner did not work, despite what I told reception. The net curtain was dirty.The choice of food for breakfast was limited and a buffet may be an alternative. Service was very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was very neat and rooms are spacious. The guesthouse staff members were friendly and welcoming. The only thing that still needs some improvement is the restaurant side. None other than that I can highly recommend this accommodation .

I liked everything about the room cleanness of the room and the place i would like to visit again. I loved the outside view from the sliding door facing the ocean, the guest house does meet the five star status.
