Cuidada arquitectura y decoración, bonitas vistas y acceso directo a gran playa. Servicio muy amable y servicial, buen barman. Desayunos correctos. Habitación (retreat con jacuzzi en terraza) y baño espacioso, pero falto de luz por la noche. Zona de jacuzzi y fitness algo mejorable. Bonita zona de piscina. En resumen, muy recomendable en su conjunto.

Beautiful location. Everything looks good, and functions miserably. Negligent, indifferent management will ruin your stay. 1. DINING: Even with dinner reservations we waited an hour for our table. Breakfast is not buffet, unlike every other hotel on the island, so we nearly missed AM whale watching trip due to slow and stressed out waiters. Tell guests the night before. 2. HOUSEKEEPING: One bottle limit of water offered per day to split between four adults in a suite of two guest rooms and living room. Front desk declined to restock. Towels missing every day. Housekeeping goes home in the afternoon. Front desk declined 4 towels for 4 people. 3. SAFETY: Dark, poorly lit gloomy rooms. Impractical, crazy, dangerous shower set up in middle of bedroom with no curtain, no glass, open shower over looking bed. Entire bed and slick cement floor soaked by shower. No bath matts. We slipped and gashed wrist on bed post. Sad to think that someone will hit their head. 4. GYM: Located in a glass hot house. Huh?? Gym is stifling. Can't work out. We emailed management multiple times after our stay to voice our concerns privately. No response. Silence says all.

Un super séjour de trois nuits. Upgrade dans un logement avec deux chambres. Lit très confortable, beaucoup de privacy. Nous avons pleinement profité du lieu et dormi en écoutant l’océan. Restaurant très bien, Petits déjeuners délicieux. Personnel souriant et avenant.

Sehr ruhige Umgebung, Im Sommer sicherlich noch viel schöner. Anlage liegt am Strand, Pools stehen zur Verfügung. Über Weihnachten etwas kühl, ist aber bei Sonnenschein mit T-Shirt möglich. Ideales Wanderparadies. Auto ist von Vorteil. Gutes Frühstück, kein Buffet.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. Everywhere you walk on the grounds, you are offered another beautiful, yet different view. Looking out over the ocean and the black sand beach from all the different vistas and viewpoints never grew old for us. There are small lounge areas at varying levels from the top of the hotel and down towards the beach. They all offered quiet and private places to lounge and relax. We had a 2 bedroom “retreat.” The “retreat” was not as lovely as the grounds. First off- the door to the retreat is a massive, wood door. However, being an eco lodge- I think someone may have just chopped a tree down and hung it on some hinges. While it looked beautiful- it did not seal or close properly. So there were giant gaps between the door and the frame and we watched bugs fly in constantly. The second issue with the rooms were a complete lack of privacy. Both bedrooms had sliding doors on them, again nothing really truly shut. The master bedroom had a sink area and bathtub when you walked into the room, no shower and if you wanted to use the bath- you would have had to do so literally right next to the bed. The main issue in this room though was the toilet. It was in a cubicle but the cubicle was see through so anyone could see you going to the bathroom! The second bedroom had 2 twin mattresses laying on a concrete platform. Nothing else was in the bedroom area at all. When you entered the room you were immediately in the bathroom area. This time there was a closet and 2 sinks, there was a sliding wood door here to separate the toilet and shower but you could not shut a door between the sink part of the bathroom and the sleeping area. So if someone needed to turn on a bathroom light during the night, anyone in the room would wake up. The service at the hotel was good and it was a relaxing place to stay for a couple of days after a busy week on the rest of the island. There is not much in the immediate area, but if you are looking for a beachfront place to relax in San Miguel, this is a solid choice.

L' hotel si trova su una piccola altura, davanti all'oceano. La vista è notevole, la struttura è ampia, moderna e inserita armoniosamente nel paesaggio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Alla reception Liliana, tanto giovane e sorridente, quanto preparata ed efficiente ci ha consigliato per il meglio ogni volta che abbiamo le abbiamo chiesto indicazioni per un'escursione. C' è solo un piccolo appunto da fare: la colazione per chi la mattina preferisce il sapore dolce è scarsa (pane e marmellata, una torta secca sempre con lo stesso impasto di base e lo yogurth) e andrebbe potenziata. Nell' insieme si tratta di un hotel da consigliare sicuramente.
