First off by letting me say that the hotel looks great, we loved the lobby area, and restaurant. Locations is great and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are basic however, and the service was terrible. The staff need some serious training and the service was extremely poor and lazy. There were even some staff out of uniform lounging around, being noisy while we were eating the restaurant. The spa area is okayish, we had to book but then it seemed like a massive issue to arrive 30 minutes early to change our time. I can understand having limited usage in peak season but we arrived in low season and the hotel was pretty empty, so it didn't make sense as to why it was such an issue. Unfortunately our stay felt like we were inconveniencing the staff just by being there.
