瑪蒂娜佩克斯公寓飯店

Het 3-kamer appartement is heel ruim en schoon. Er wordt veel schoongemaakt en we kregen regelmatig schone handdoeken. Wel basic en het zou allemaal weleens vernieuwd mogen worden. Douchen in bad is ook niet ideaal maar de douche heeft wel een heerlijke waterdruk. Toen we aankwamen was er geen heet water maar dat is de volgende dag meteen opgelost. Ik kreeg ook een matrastopper toen ik het bed te hard vond (28 weken zwanger dus slapen is erg belangrijk…) Er werken echt super vriendelijke medewerkers hier en we zijn echt heel blij met het zwembad, de bar en de twee restaurants vlakbij. In pefkos is er nog niet veel te doen half april maar in lindos op 10 minuten rijden wel en het is fijn dat het daar nu wat minder toeristisch is.

I’ve been staying at The Matina for 23 years. It was small with one pool when I first went there. It was always the perfect location for me as I was a single mom at the time and always felt very safe here. It’s grown over the years so now two pools and more apartments etc. This time I went with family. We stayed in a one bed apartment. Cleaning is exceptional…pretty much every day. Ideal location for families as it’s a stones throw to the beach and an enjoyable walk to the restaurants etc. most of which have play areas for kids. Would recommend.

We originally were booked in at Palm Bay but as they let us down, along with many others, we were put here instead. And what a blessing in disguise that was! We have stayed in Pefkos 5 times and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. I can't fault it, breakfast could, and possibly should be better for the price charged for it. A minor thing which I sure will improve as the season gets going. We had Room 819 which overlooked the pool and near the bar. The bar music was perfect volume and never ruined the calm, relaxing and happy atmosphere. Room was pretty much spotless and cleaned to a very high standard very regulary. Some huge ants around the place but not in the rooms - nature is to ve expected in Greece! I cannot thank the hotel and the incredibly hardworking staff for making this holiday the best we have had in years. Yamas!

What a wonderful place. Studio spacious for two. Balcony view of side sea and pool. Housekeeping exceptional changed sheets and towels about 6 times in two weeks. Few ants but hardly any if don't drop crumbs in room and cleaned daily anyway. All staff exceptional. Ate in snack bar lunchtime and people's bar 3 times in evening and also meltemi restaurant. All very reasonably priced so only ate also at Lee beach bar gyros fantastic and a real wow for 5.5 euros each, and once at two brother's restaurant best lamb chops ever. Air con included in price room tax 5 euros per night per room, could be per accommodation. Came 11th to 25th May so quiet and bit windy first week but got busier and hotter second week with temps 25c and 30c on last day. ABC shop also great for everything you could want. Taxi to Lindos 10 euros each way. Would I book again definitely and the kitchen cooking area upgraded. Thank you everyone at the Matina no wonder people keep coming back.

Needs upgrade ! Went here in June 2024 with hubby and daughter .stay for a week couldn’t wait to go home . ants everywhere room dirty ! Complained at reception got cleaner to come out still dirty fridge handle dirty marks all Over it looks about 20 years old bath rusty needs totall revamp of Rooms . Pools were dirty full of sand from beach only saw them clean once in week we was there . Entertainment only twice a week so not much to do in evenings . Only think good was the food at the snack bar and staff are lovely ! complain too jet2 when got home about the state of our room and offer us a 70 pound voucher bit of a joke would not go back again ! seems lot people we spoke to had same complain about ants and rooms being dirty needing total renovation.

Just back from an amazing 10 days, was so good we tried to book an extra four days, unfortunately the resort was fully booked which tells you all you need to know. The complex itself is beautiful and well laid out, two nice clean pools, enough sunbeds for everyone with out it being crowded, nice music coming from the pool bar without it being too loud or distracting. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a small issue with the kettle and the shower head in our room and it was sorted quick as a flash. Room itself was spacious, fridge and freezer, microwave and hob, was also quiet, no noise coming from any of the bars or the entertainment. One little thing that I feel needs adding and that’s a curtain above the front door as it lets in light. Other than that can’t fault the rooms. On site supermarket which has all you require, although with it being on site it is a tad on the expensive side. A fantastic holiday and right on the beach, would highly recommend and would love to go back
