海勒尼海灘飯店

Absolut familiär, gastfreundlich und liebevoll! So eine tolle Unterkunft würde ich immer wieder für meine Kinder, 21 und 18, die alleine geflogen sind buchen. Das Personal war immer für alle Fragen da hat gerne geholfen, Zimmer super sauber, Frühstück wie von Mama mit so viel Liebe zubereitet. Griechenland pur! Danke für alles! Wir kommen wieder!

Anche con tutto lo spirito di adattamento che uno può avere, non vedrei nessun motivo per soggiornare in questo hotel. Si tratta di un albergo a gestione familiare, noi avevamo una stanza al piano terra (l’hotel faceva parte di un pacchetto a cui abbiamo aderito su PiratinViaggio); in una settimana non è mai stata pulita, portavano il cambio degli asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il gel doccia e lo shampoo. Struttura molto vecchia, sporca, la nostra stanza aveva un terrazzino, che dava su un piccolo giardino pieno di sporco e credo anche di animali. Una volta siamo stati visitati da un grosso scarafaggio. Non da ultimo: l’aria condizionata è a pagamento, il telecomando viene dato alla modica cifra di 8€ al giorno. Ho fatto notare che questa sia una cosa inusuale, mai trovato un trattamento di questo tipo in un hotel. Da evitare!

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Really annoyed that we booked this hotel via on the beach which states and shows photos of a modern, pretty and comfortable pool, bar and snack area. We discovered the pool and beds were present however no snack bar or drinks bar. This advertisement is completely inaccurate and breakfast was cereal, bread rolls with cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. The hot food was cut up hot dogs and something that resembled an egg pancake that was like flat bread and hard which felt more like a frisbee! Staff were polite and friendly but I honestly would not recommend this hotel.
