波利民宿(Casa Poli)

Une bien mauvaise expérience que le logement dans cet établissement horriblement bruyant mais bien situé par rapport aux curiosités. Les chambres donnent soit sur la rue et l'arrêt de bus (jour et nuit) ou sur les ruelles bondées de bars et restaurants. Impossible de fermer l'oeil avant trois heures du matin, au moment où les nuisances s'arrêtent. Les chambres sont certes belles et agréablement meublées, mais celà ne suffit pas pour passer un séjour agréable ! Cet établissement restera un mauvais souvenir de vacances, dommage.

Camere ubicate al primo piano di un edificio, in posizione strategica, proprio difronte alla stazione degli autobus, dove si arriva anche dall' aeroporto. A due minuti a piedi dal porto, dieci dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia di Elli. Nei dintorni negozi, bar e locali vari. Soggiorno di due notti, due adulti e una bimba di sette anni. Camera moderna, pulita e funzionale. Letto comodo, bagno grande e ben accessoriato. Doccia ottima, grande ed efficiente. La colazione, inclusa nella tariffa, viene servita in un locale a brevissima distanza, il Jasper Cafè. Buona e varia, con scelta di specialità dolci e salate. Non c'è reception: all' arrivo abbiamo contattato il proprietario, e dopo alcuni minuti è arrivato un ragazzo che ci ha introdotto nella sistemazione. Viene poi fornito un codice personale, da digitare all' ingresso della struttura e alla porta della camera, in assoluta tranquillità e sicurezza. L' unica pecca è l' insonorizzazione della finestra che affaccia sulla strada: la strada è rumorosa, trafficata fino a tarda sera per poi riprendere nelle prime ore del mattino. In caso di sonno leggero è decisamente dura riposare. Servirebbe una modifica ai vetri, inadeguati e non in linea con la modernità ed efficienza di tutto il resto, condizionatore incluso. Prezzo onesto, 62€ al giorno a fine Luglio, due adulti e una bambina ( no letto aggiuntivo), colazione inclusa.

A pochi minuti a piedi della Città Vecchia, di fronte alla fermata dei pullman e alla stazione dei taxi, si raggiunge facilmente dall'aeroporto. Cinque stanze molto pulite, ampie, dotate di tutti i comfort, con bagno ampio, servizi puliti e doccia grande. Si accede con un codice da digitare in tastiera sia sul portoncino che sulla camera della stanza. La soluzione della colazione è nel locale poco distante (2 minuti a piedi), e offre ampia scelta sia salata che dolce. Nello stesso locale abbiamo anche pranzato prima di partire. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile.

Για εμένα όντως είναι κάτι το διαφορετικό και παράλληλα πολύ ωραίο Το ξενοδοχείο παντρεύει 2 εποχές, η μια είναι πολύ παλιά λόγο ότι το κτίριο είναι πάρα πολύ παλιό με τις καμάρες του ,ψηλοτάβανο ,στενή κύρια είσοδο και η άλλη εποχή του 2021 και αυτό οφείλετε καθαρά στον ιδιοκτήτη που έχει αφαιρέσει την resepsion και τις κλειδαριές και έχει τοποθετήσει σύστημα με κωδικό και για την κοινή κύρια είσοδο αλλά και για το δωμάτιο . Γυρο σου μπορώ να πω ότι έχεις τα πάντα ,καφέ εστιατόρια ταξί και είναι κοντά στο λιμάνι .μου άρεσε η διακόσμηση μέσα στα δωμάτια,δεν έχεις πρόβλημα parking λόγο ότι ακριβώς απέναντι έχει χώρο στάθμευσης ,δεν ξέρω αν βολεύει για οικογένεια αλλά αν πας για δουλεία όπως εγώ είναι super. Τέλος ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός,φιλικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικώς λόγο οτι το πρόγραμμα για αναχώρηση του το άλλαξα 4 φορές λόγο δουλείας και αυτός προσάρμοσε τα δωμάτια έτσι ώστε να μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει

Εξαιρετικό το δωμάτιο από πλευράς χώρων και αισθητικής. Ο λόγος για τον οποίο δεν μπαίνουν 5 αστέρια έχει να κάνει με τη φασαρία που έρχεται από τα κοντινά μαγαζιά και σταμάτησε γύρω στις 2 το βράδυ, οπότε και κοιμηθήκαμε. Θα χρειαστείτε ωτοασπίδες.

I had the chance to spend some days at this lovely place in the heart of Rhodes. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by a lovely soul like Miss Katherina, which made sure to take care of everything and make my stay a wonderful one. The room is very spacious, equipped with all the needed and is very clean and well taken care of. Easy to reach all the touristic attractions ( walking distance ). Highly recommended!!! 😊

The flat was 5 minutes walk from old town and 10 minutes from the beach. The property is ver well mantained. The street could be noise at times.

Room was larger than expected, bed very comfortable and location brilliant. Taxi driver struggled to find the place the Casa Poli sign is small and the stairs steep but after that everything was brilliant. We had a delicious dinner at the owner’s cafe and we got a 20% discount on the meal. We ended up going back for breakfast and lunch. A short walk to the Palace of the Grand Masters and then to our boat at Mandraki Harbour.

The rooms to this property are all located on the first floor of the building through a flight of stairs with no lift. If you have a lot of luggage or are having trouble climbing up stairs, you will have problem. Our rooms (we took 2 rooms for 4 adults) are spacious and the amenities and cleanliness were satisfactory and up to standard. The best thing about this property is its central location and close proximity to the Old Town. due to the many shops around it, it can get very noisy at night, even after midnight.
