L'Hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Rodi e a pochi minuti dalle altre attrazioni principali della città. È pulito e ben organizzato. Colazione ottima e abbondante, camere pulite. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente.

Çok memnun kaldık, çok temiz , personel güler yüzlü, çok yardımcı , konum muhteşem, her yere yürüme mesafesi şehrin tam merkezinde herkese tavsiye ederiz. ****** kullananacaklar içinde 3-4 dk yürüme mesafesinde olması da ayrı bir güzel yanı

Hotel ***et güzel, kahvaltıları bir harika odaları temiz kişiler ve çalışanlar ***et nazik ve yardımcı. Konum olarak şehrin göbeğinde etrafında süper marketler ve rent a çareler var. Kaleye yürüme mesafesinde linea çok yakın bir konumda.

Prenotato con Booking 3 notti sembrava decente per circa 50 euro a notte con colazione, in realtà la stanza assegnataci al 2 piano era piccolissima, il bagno ridicolo forse 1,5 x 1.5 m., clima non disponibile con caldo asfissiane, vista su resti di un immobile. Come se non bastasse hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno che avevo già pagato a Booking e loro 'stranamente' non sapevano. Albergo da evitare se non per la colazione...

Sitzen gerne im Pearl , nicht nur wegen Happy Hour , es ist einfach schön dort und Hanna die im Sevice arbeitet ist einfach eine super Nette . Und die Cocktails sind echt lecker und die Lage ist echt genial , mitten im Geschehen . Sind immer hier wenn wir nach Rhodos kommen . Und, wie immer bei mir : Die Toilette : sauber

Please think twise before booking this hotel. Let's start with the pros: +Breakfast is quite nice. Nothing special, but nice. Juices are sugary liquids but food is ok +Aircon was good +Cheap +Customer service was good Then the negatives: -Our terrace door locking system (room on the gound floor, or -1 actually) was broken when we arrived so we couldn't lock the door. Someone could've just walked in our room from outside. They fixed this when we told them about it. -No shower head holder in the shower! There was no place to put the shower head, except shove it between the window opening (see image attached). Come on, is it really that hard to maintain a working shower? -Sewer thing on the floor was broken so you could hurt yourself stepping in it's hole -If you run out of soap you have to ask for it, it won't be refilled by itself. -No new drinking glasses to replace dirty ones -Cocroaches in room hiding and livin under the bed that has never been cleaned underneath -At ~6am the staff start to rearrange the sunbeds in the pool area by dragging the beds making terrible noise -When ever you open the window or terrace door it wouldn't take many minutes before cigarette smoke starts to enter the room. Unbelivable many guests were smoking even at breakfast right next to your table. Some kind of a smoking ban would be nice -Bed was terrible, so hard! Even though we like firm beds this was hard as a rock and made terrible noise. A bit of caretaking and this hotel could be a lot better but seems like the owner doesn't just care. If guests don't ask for something - you won't get it. A bit of an upgrade (like shower head holders) and better cleaning and that kind of stuff this could be a good 3 star hotel.
