Fajne wakacje. Hotel niewielki ale ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, może nie ma wielkiego wyboru ale wszystko co było serwowane było świeże i smaczne. Ryby na obiad były codziennie. Bardzo dobra kawa z ekspresu. Drinki średnie, bardzo słodkie. Animacje z czeskiego biura Alexandria, ale młodzież starała się zadowolić wszystkich gości i mówili po angielsku. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację. Blisko port, gdzie można wypożyczyć motorówkę gdzie capitan opływa wszystkie zatoki w mieście, szczególnie Anthonego Quinna. Najlepszy fun wakacji. Jedyny duuuży minus to pokoje. Niestety stare, wąskie a łazienki małe i z usterkami. Jeśli ktoś był w hotelach o średniej jakości to ten hotel jest w sam raz. Natomiast trzeba się cieszyć z piękna wyspy i zwiedzać ile się da!

überbucht, Personal war unfreundlich bis genervt. Würden willkürlich in nicht vergleichbare Unterkunft verfrachtet. Intensive Reisevorbereitung und Sorgfalt für die Buchung waren für die Katz. Genervt und nicht erholt vom Urlaub zurück gekommen, danke!

Wir haben das Evita Mare gebucht. Bei Ankunft im Mare wurden wir kommentarlos zum Zimmer gebracht. Wir liefen mit Gepäck im Dunkeln über das ganze Gelände (5 Minuten). Am nächsten Morgen stellte sich heraus, dass das ein anderes Hotel ist - Evita Elite. Das Mare sei anscheinend überbucht , weswegen wir hier bleiben mussten. Das Zimmer war ziemlich leer. Es gab ein Bett, eine Kleiderstange und eine Kofferablage. Also außer der Kleiderstange keine Möglichkeit, die Klamotten zu verstauen und man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Das Bad ist total runtergekommen. Das Waschbecken ist nur mit Silikon an der wand befestigt, welches sich löst und halb runter hängt. Die Dusche ist total verschimmelt und winzig. Sich die Beine und Füße einzuseifen ist ab einer gewissen Körpergröße oder -Statur fast unmöglich. Zudem auch kein Stauraum für Kosmetika, in der Dusche keine Anlage für Duschgel. Dazu kann man nirgendwo die Handtücher aufhängen, außer über die Kleiderstange und somit bleibt kein Platz mehr für Kleidung (was sowieso kaum ist, da nur 3 Kleiderbügel vorhanden sind) Das Fenster im Zimmer, lässt sich nicht verriegeln. Durch ein Vordach direkt davor, kann jeder einsteigen. Einen Safe gibt es auch nicht. Es gibt keinen Balkon, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht haben. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber. Wir haben uns am nächsten morgen nach Ankunft über das Zimmer beschwert und Fotos gezeigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sichtlich peinlich berührt und bot uns ein neues Zimmer an. Sie fragte ebenso in den anderen Evita Hotels an. Leider nirgendwo was frei. Also zeigte sie uns 4 weitere Zimmer. Diese waren alle 4 ebenso in einem desolaten Zustand. Schimmelige Dusche, s CH Nutzung, Einrichtung runtergekommen. In einem der Bäder gab es noch nicht einmal eine Duschkabine. Einfach eine flache Duschwanne mit Handbrause. Entsprechend war die Holztür vom Bad verschimmelt. Das vierte Zimmer war auch nicht sauber, Dusche schimmelig, aber das Waschbecken war noch sicher an der Wand befestigt, sodass wir es nahmen. Es blieb uns leider ja nichts anderes übrig. Das Zimmer zu wechseln kostete uns den halben Tag (9:0-15:00 Uhr). Diese Zeit über waren wir ohne Zimmer und mussten in der Lobby warten, bis wir die Zimmer nacheinander anschauen konnten. In dieser Zeit, bekamen wir sehr viele Beschwerden mit und unterhielten uns mit einigen. Kurz gesagt: jedem Gast erging es wir uns. Anderes Hotel gebucht. Dieses war überbucht und man wurde ins Elite abgeschoben. Alle unzufrieden mit den Zimmern und dem Essen und Getränke. Das Essen ist jeden Tag das Selbe. Morgens gibt es eine Art brioche buns, Vollkorn brioche buns, toast, Müsli, Joghurt, 1 Sorte Wurst, 1 Sorte Käse, Nutella, Marmelade und Butter. Es gibt auch Rührei und Spiegelei. Beim Rührei wird wohl immer Salz mit Zucker verwechselt..Getränke kann man sich am Automat raus lassen. Hier gibt es aber kein Wasser oder Sprudel!!! Nur Softdrinks, Kaffee im verschiedenen Varianten und Grünen und schwarzen Tee. Mittags und abe

We stayed at the hotel in mid-June and were very satisfied. A minimalist hotel with beautiful greenery around the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, with new furniture, clean. Hygiene was at the daily level, changing towels and bed linen every 3 days, and more often if necessary. The food was excellent! Very versatile and deliciously prepared, suitable even for people with different food allergies, especially if you emphasize. We arrived late for dinner, but there was always enough food. Good bar (except for the music, which varied or was non-existent), cocktails solid. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice with clean water. There was also animation for children and adults in the evening, in Czech and English - (although we are not really fans of such entertainment) the team led by Sabča was excellent! All the staff, mostly from the Philippines, were friendly, helpful and hardworking! All praise! The only complaint is related to the bathroom, ie. a sink of inadequate appearance and dimensions, and the fact that it is too close to the toilet bowl (remove the wooden part and the problem is solved, it's strange and inconvenient). And yes, one more thing - there Is no safety box (4 star hotel!). As for the hotel service, considering the accommodation, excellent food and service, and the price, definitely one of the best experiences! P.S. Very important: in the best location in Faliraki, close to the town center and even closer to the beach, but at the same time in a peaceful and quiet place! Faliraki, or rather the center of Faliraki, is by the way a very noisy place.

This hotel is neither newly renovated nor 4*. Please don’t go to this hotel if you want have a great holiday. This hotel is always overbooked and they send you to the accommodation which cannot be marked as hotel. And if you refused this possibility, you can sleep on the reception because only they can say is: “I’m so sorry I cannot do anything else for you.” Of course the manager does not have a time to come so if you don’t want to sleep on the floor you have to accept this solution. In this hotel the services are the worst I have ever experienced in the world. Small variety of food, no cleaning, you cannot use the pool after 18:00. In all inclusive they don’t provide a bottle of water (just small one when you arrived). We find a coackroach in our room and nobody come to clean it. They offer a pool towel for extra charge but when you ask for them, they don’t have it. This is just for illustration what you can expect here. If this was my first visit to Greece I would definitely say that never again but fortunately this was my third Greek experience and I have to say that not every hotel is like this one.

NEVER AGAIN! Please...don't go there if you don't want your holiday ruined! You won't get what you paid for. It's a theft of money that you will never get back. We paid for Evita Elite and were sent to Evita Alegria, which is 1.5 km from the beach (we paid for 200 meters from the beach) and is a lower-class hotel. The replacement hotel didn't have All Inclusive, nor a closet in the room, a glass, a chair, or an ashtray. SHAMEFUL! After three days, we moved back to Evita Elite where we found out that many people had the same problems as we did, because the hotel is simply overbooked (they sell rooms 2-3 times and then move people between hotels). The food was good enough just to give you stomach problems. What wasn't eaten for lunch at one hotel was brought for dinner at another and vice versa. The travel agency Solvex didn't help us at all. The delegate is there just to transport people from the airport. If you call the headquarters, they will tell you that they are going to solve it (they are probably still solving it). So if you're traveling to Rhodes, avoid the hotels Evita Elite, Evita Mare, Evita Resort, and Evita Alegria.
