Beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area. Location was perfect, plenty of places to eat and only a 10 minute drive to elan valley.

Lovely accommodation right in the centre of town. We loved the little touches like locally sourced toiletries and appreciated the Welsh cakes on arrival. Everything was decorated to a really high specification and it felt like home from home. Great communication before we arrived too. Thank you for a lovely stay Neal and Lesley xx

All around, a very pleasant stay. Modern and spotlessly clean apartment with all amenities. Perfectly located for the town, local supermarkets and eateries. Lesley was very informative pre-visit and a great host. Only downside is that we were staying just one night - we will be back!!

A well located and very comfortable apartment which we would recommend. The apartment was well equipped, the bedroom comfortable, the bathroom tiled with a shower over the bath, and the kitchen had everything you would need to self cater, oven,hob, microwave, kettle and plenty of utensils. We chose to eat out and Lesley and Neal’s local knowledge was most helpful. There are plenty of good pubs and cafes within easy walking distance all serving good value food. Especially recommended is the Lost Ark cafe where we had a superb breakfast - all the food is cooked to order and comes in generous portions, served by charming and professional staff - excellent. We must also mention Les and Neal’s lovely hospitality which made our stay even more enjoyable, thank you both!

Wow what a beautiful, relaxing stay ! Les and Neal made us so welcome when we stayed for 3 nights with our pooch . The apartment has everything you need and super cosy and clean .. one eve we cooked and had a night in front of the telly - just like home from home !it’s completely central to anywhere in the town and no more than 5 mins walk to anywhere ! The Lost Arc does the most scrummy breakfasts and we all had a great evening on the Friday there with Les and Neal listening to local music live. Rhayader has a great community feel . The local pubs are great and people are so friendly . The dog walks are spectacular and every day we went out, beautiful countryside and walks . We didn’t want to leave ! We will be back to Wonderful Wales and Cadwgan House Laura, Adam & Trigger x

The owners were knowledge about the area and made sure we received a warm welcome. On arrival they helped with luggage and then advised us where best to park the car to enable us to use both front and back access to the property. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Cadwgan House. The fully equipped apartment and was very homely and comfortable and perfect for the two us. It is ideal for anyone looking to explore the beautiful Elan Valley and surrounding area. We definitely recommend staying at Cadwgan House.
