優點：距離雷市走路只要15分鐘，住宿外面有免費的停車位。 缺點：剛好住在地下一樓，潮濕味很重。廁所沒有暖氣，洗澡的時候超冷。

È situato in una zona tranquilla. Molto utile e funzionale la cucina in comune. La nostra stanza era al 1° piano e purtroppo non c'è ascensore, quindi non è stato per niente comodo dover trasportare le valigie lungo la scala stretta. La stanza potrebbe essere un po' restaurata, ma per una sola notte è stata confortevole, seppur di piccole dimensioni.

The place was dirty, holes in the sheets, the slats would not stay on bed and my brother in law even fell through his bed when he sat on the end of it. We had to open the window because one day we went different directions and only had one key, so we left the window open so he could let me know he was back and to let him in. Our cell phones did not work there. Then we opened it because the smell of Sulphur was so bad in our room we needed fresh air. Then in the morning while we were eating breakfast some man came in and yelled at us telling us we left the window open and all his profits were going out of if. He said we had gotten the room cheap and now he made no money. I did not tell us who he was but we think he might have been the owner but I did not introduce himself, so we aren't sure. He was very rude.

Good location 3 minute walk to bus station.Terrible building not taken care, mildew all around, overgrown weeds, Room very small, not very clean, sheets with holes with a greyish color not white, they look unsanitary. There is nobody to let you in. I arrived with temperature in the 30s with high winds and drizzly rain. I had to ask a guest to let me in. The manager was called by the guest he arrived and gave me the keys to the prepaid room. The cost was $129/night.I can not recommend this awful and expensive guest house.

As always written with regard to the amount paid. Visited for the Iceland v Wales international football match in a twin room with a private bathroom. Ideal for our visit. Room was clean, had a fridge (no TV). Shower room was clean and decent warm powerful shower. Shared kitchen well equipped at end of ground floor corridor. 20 minute walk into the centre and conveniently only 5 minutes from the BSI station for coach airport transfers and sightseeing trips. If you want a room to lounge around in then this isn't for you. If you want a room on a budget to sleep in and be out and about sightseeing then would recommend it.

Camas de solteiro, super confortáveis, nosso quarto era no subsolo, aquecimento super eficiente, banheiro bom, mas a pia tinha pouquíssima vazão, demorava muito para esvaziar, vazamento no banheiro, provavelmente no vaso sanitário. Fácil de encontrar, bem localizado, cozinha com utensílios, dois fornos com fogão, um microondas, frigobar na cozinha. Não respondem mensagem, mas se vc entrar no hotel, as instruções sobre early check in, que não é permitido e left luggage, que tb não é oferecida, estão escritas na parede. Tem também um banheiro na entrada, caso vc chegue antes do seu horário de entrada. É silencioso.
