My experience at this accommodation has been profoundly disappointing and, in several respects, unacceptable. While the central location is indeed convenient, it is the only noteworthy positive aspect and is clearly insufficient to offset the establishment’s serious shortcomings. The most concerning issue is, without question, the quality of the water. Both in the kitchen and the bathroom, it emits a strong and unpleasant odor consistent with stagnant water, which raises significant concerns regarding hygiene and safety. Showering under these conditions falls far below any acceptable standard. Additionally, the shower is extremely small, to the point of being impractical and uncomfortable. The room itself is also excessively compact, creating an overall sense of confinement that undermines basic comfort. Cleanliness is another major concern. It is particularly alarming that the beds were not found in proper condition, calling into question the establishment’s adherence to even the most basic maintenance standards. Finally, the so-called “kitchen” bears little resemblance to what is advertised: it consists of a single electric hot plate and one frying pan, with no essential cookware such as pots, and in a generally dirty and poorly maintained state. To make matters worse, one night the fire alarm was triggered at 1:00 a.m. because someone was cooking, and it continued sounding for approximately 15 minutes. This created an extremely disruptive and unnecessary situation. It is difficult not to link this incident to the evident lack of a proper smoke extraction system in the kitchen, which raises concerns not only about comfort but also about the safety standards of the establishment. In conclusion, this is an accommodation with significant deficiencies in fundamental areas such as hygiene, equipment, safety, and upkeep. The overall experience falls well below reasonable expectations and cannot be recommended under any circumstances.

The location was great! Near the big church, close enough to walk to city centre for shopping, dining, etc. It is at the top of a hill, so be aware that walking to this location requires walking uphill when coming from city centre or BSI bus station. The kitchenette was perfect for us. We used the fridge and microwave every day; has a coffee machine, hot plate, frying pan, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, and sink. A few things need to be fixed in our room - toilet seat was loose, bathroom door was difficult to close all the way, the room door was difficult to lock, and adding hooks on walls would be helpful to keep things off the floor. Sent a few messages via email and the response was immediate. Really appreciated that. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a week.
