酒店很新，房間很大，裝修設計適合家庭旅遊，方便舒適。就是位置離城裡比較遠，離地鐵也不太近。適合有車的居住。

很好的酒店，一切都很好，很近的地方就有和海灘，特別漂亮

酒店很新、乾淨、色彩繽紛。入住時能喝到熱巧克力飲料真是太好了。大廳提供 24/7 自助服務，包括咖啡、茶、熱水、純淨水和蘇打水。我們早上步行到附近的里維爾海灘，度過了愉快的時光。

我喜歡這裏的建築和房間裝飾。位置也方便。

Our stay was great at this hotel the two times we were there. the check-in process went smoothly and they even remembered us from the first time we stayed there. Rooms very nice. The airport shuttle was also very convenient and easy. Worked out perfectly for both pick-up and drop off. bedding was very comfy and clean, and I liked that the remote was sanitized and placed in plastic for cleanliness. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if in Boston or flying out of Logan.

This is a very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I liked the large TV and especially the adjustable heater and A/C unit, which made it easy to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. My only complaint is the location. It was difficult to navigate here by car and I did not feel safe walking outside. I did feel safe inside the hotel, though, and I liked that it was pet friendly. Next time I'll try to use the airport shuttle to get here, rather than drive.

很高興有機場接駁車，司機也很棒！房間還不錯，適合住一晚，但隔音效果不太好。能聽到鄰居打噴嚏！走在頭頂上。而且煙霧偵測器整晚都在閃爍白光！很煩！從積極的方面來說，大廳的咖啡很棒。前台很樂於助人，在漫長的一天旅行後推薦了外帶食品。很高興我們早上 5 點出發去機場，可以享用外帶早餐。預先包裝的鬆餅很糟糕，但麥片、牛奶、酒吧和水果很不錯，而且很貼心。總的來說，這家酒店住一晚足夠了。如果隔音更好的話我會待得更久。

我和我的朋友來這裡是為了一個女孩放鬆的假期，結果睡不著覺，房間很髒，工作人員也很不愉快，沒有樂於助人……第一晚我們沒有睡覺，工作人員什麼也沒做，也不在乎。第二天晚上，我們在頭頂上跺腳大喊大叫，報告了三遍，但什麼也沒做。我們到達那裡後打掃了浴室，因為到處都是頭髮。我以前住過avids，但再也沒有住過。多麼令人失望的住宿體驗

當我們打開指定房間的門時，我們驚訝地發現它顯然很髒，沒有整理，而且還沒有準備好迎接新客人。 我們選擇了狂熱者，因為它靠近洛根；然而，在我們辦理入住並付款後提供給我們的班車選擇使得我們無法在不比應有的時間提前一小時醒來的情況下使用該服務。在取消截止日期之前我們沒有收到有關此事的通知。如果我們被告知我們會選擇另一個地點！ 請告訴我們您可以採取哪些措施來糾正此問題，以便我們將來考慮入住洲際酒店集團酒店。

This was a pleasant surprise. Matthew at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They had a unique breakfast setup which included flavored syrups for coffee and water. The rooms were clean and comfy. The nearest T was about a 15 min. Walk but that was our only knock. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was the best ive stayed in. The breakfast was great, the rooms and halls were clean and the staff was very helpful. We had Matthew at the front desk all 3 days we were there and he was amazing. When we go back to the area we will for sure book here again. 10/10

THe hotel was fine, newly remodeled, clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite small but fine for an overnight. The problem was with the desk clerk. We did not arrive until 1:30am and she could have not been less interested in helping us check in. The door has an after hours lock and she had to be asked repeatedly to let my husband in after he went to place the parking sticker on the car. She ignored my request to make a purchase from the market after pointedly telling me alcohol could not be sold that late, but there were other items in the market I was interested in purchasing.

Our stay was brilliant, staff were really helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect for us, train station into Boston is a 15 minute walk away and the bus stop is located right outside the hotel which we used for a trip into Salem!! Hotel was clean and the room was a good size. Highly recommend.

Matthew referred us to a great restaurant called Dryft. Excellent food. He was also fun as our person who checked us in. If we’d thought ahead we would have talked with hotel ahead of time to get the shuttle. We got in around 4:30-5. It took time for shuttle in traffic.
