Tout était plus que parfait. Nous avons eu un petit surclassement de chambre, un geste sympa.
L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres (appartement) sont grand, très propre et très bien équipés.
Au 4ème étage aucun souci avec la route en contrebas.
Idem avec la piscine qui est top. Bar à disposition la journée.
Soirée barbecue chaque mercredi soir c’est très cool.
TOUT le personnel est hyper gentil et compétent.
Le SPA est parfait, Mariana est hyper attentionné et super pro.
Super séjour au Macaris 👍👍

Absolut bästa service
Har rest mycket och i olika världsdelar men har aldrig tidigare mött en så excellent service! Och det gäller all personal utan undantag! Helt oroligt!
Lägenheten var topp, städningen likaså. Vi vill rikta ett stort tack till alla som gjorde vår vistelse så fantastisk (vi hade en del problem med att gå pga fysiska besvär men det fixade dom så det fungerade utmärkt)

Delightful experience!
The staff are so friendly and helpful! From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, housekeeping and laundry service, all were exceptional!
The hotel has a lovely breakfast everyday with a wide variety of both hot and cold options, many of which are locally sourced.
The evening patio dining and bar overlooked the ocean and although the menu was not as expansive, there were quite a lot of beverage options.
The room we had was one of the suites, and met all of our needs. The housekeeping staff kept us well supplied with all amenities.
The spa was wonderful as well. I enjoyed my 20% discount on my massage which was very enjoyable.
Overall a very nice stay!

The food and drink was good, especially the included breakfast. We loved the location between Chania and Heraklion for sightseeing. The town of Rethymno was charming with good food and shopping. Pool was lovely but unheated. Friends got massages at the spa and were pleased with the results.

Dejligt hotel med super service
Skønt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed- roligt og og i gå afstand fra den gamle bydel mv. Kan varmt anbefales- og brug mulighed for massage i spa’en😃 Meget venlig og hjælpsomt personale på hele hotellet.

Bellissima vista, posizione centrale a pochi passi dal centro di Rethymno. Personale molto cordiale, buona la colazione, variegata anche se un po' sbilanciata sul salato. Consigliato senz'altro.
