特雷弗龍飯店公寓暨家庭套房飯店

L’appartement était bien et propre , la literie était bien aussi et le personnel était accueillant et à l’écoute .. le petit déjeuner était super .. la plage était à quelques mètres de l’hôtel et la piscine de l’hôtel était petite mais opérationnelle. Celle qui donnait sur la plage et qui était partagé avec l’hôtel d’à côté était super grande et propre . La vue sur la mer quand on était à la piscine est juste magnifique…

É perfetto per le famiglie, appartamento su due livelli molto spazioso. Ottimo Wi-Fi. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Piccola piscina interna più una grande a pochi metri a disposizione degli ospiti. Spiaggia attrezzata a pochi passi dall’hotel(con taverna dove si mangia molto bene a prezzi contenuti). Personale gentile e disponibile ,in particolar modo Pantelis, il barman, che prepara ottimi cocktail (per grandi e meno grandi) e da buoni consigli sulle spiagge da visitare.

Un hôtel avec bcp de charme à proximité de là plage et de commodités tout cela dans un environnement calme L’hôtel propose 1 piscine en propre, plus l’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel d’à coté plus grande et l’accès à la plage. Cette dernière est agréable et est composée plutôt de petits galets. La profondeur est vite présente donc pas adaptée pour les enfants en bas âge. En ce qui concerne la chambre (pour nous appartement avec mezzanine pour 4) c’était top. Propre, bien agencé et équipements électroménager suffisants. Le site de l’hôtel est très bien fleuri, agréable et calme. Nous avons même trouvé que c’était plus joli que sur les photos. Petit déjeuner top et varié tous les matins avec des spécialités à découvrir tous les jours. Un super accueil (spécial remerciement à Robert et maria pour leurs sourires et leurs tips) La piscine propose plein de jeux pour les enfants en bas âges.

Hôtel à taille humaine tres agréable. Tres bien placé et proche d'une grande plage. Mon me Les chambres sont jolies, pratiques et agréables avec un balcon de bonne taille. Les petits déjeuners sont diversifiés copieux et bons. Le personnel est tres sympathique et tres accueillant, voire attachant.

The trefon apartments are a family run small aprt hotel i would give it a basic 3 star rating. With what seemed to be a shared beach side pool four mins walk from hotel and a very small paddling pool within the complex. Breakfast is basic, no toaster available! Quite strange. We chose not to bother and to self cater. Lidl and supermarket withing 5 min walk. Beach here is shaley and very rough seas for swimming red flag on two days out of six not the quiet waters shown on Trefon site. Our experience;we arrived to be told our maisonette was not available due to problem with washing machine. Booked a two bed maisonette for 5, two adults and three teens, from the images on their site looked modern and spacious with two bathrooms. The gentleman at check in was friendly and apologetic he offered us an "upgrade" to a suite for one night while they sorted the problem with the machine as during me it would be sorted that day. The suite was large in trrms of iving space and had a nice balcony BUT the beds were disgraceful in all three rooms. So hard and impossible to sleep on. Facing the lovely taverna opposite so noise to about 1am. Next am We packed up and after breakfast went to collect the key to move to our paid for maisonette with two bathrooms. Met with the owner who was not so polite and quite rudely told me the maisonette would not be available no apology she told me we had their "best room", i told her i wasnt happy as we paid for and booked a maisonette with two bathrooms. She told me "to trust her" i had her "best"room and was dismissive and rude telling me to come back tomorrow. No account for time wasted packing up before breakfast. Day two we packed up before breakfast again wasting more of our precious holiday time to be told our room wouldn't be ready till 12pm when the guests vacated....no more mention of washing machine problems! Ridiculous inconvenience and waste our time swapping and changing(packing incl self catering shopping!). The room was ready at 1.30pm. The maisonette room beds were better for comfort and sleep but No Aircon in downstairs bedroom had to put the living area Airton on high fan to get room temp down leaving person on couch unable sleep. The couch bed is a small hard sofa under the stairs barely big enough for 11year old back to the suite quality hard as the Rd. The living area was so dark and small we had to leave door open to get some light to see what we were doing even with lights on during the day. Really only suitable to 4 people. The fancy website photos don't give a true reflection. To give some positives house keeping staff were polite and nice. Without wanting to moan... They came in before 9.15 every morning...no do not disturb sign available. New towels every day. Basic self catering facilities.

Very good apartment in excellent location. Very helpfull staff in the object - always ready to help and give good advices. Breakafst excellent with rich choice of dishes including traditional cretan food.
