Hôtel très bien situé, personnel courtois, excellent petit dejeuner. Toutefois ma chambre (103 à éviter) était tout près de la zone de service/petit déjeuner d’un côté et de la rue de l’autre. Elle était située dans ce qui me semble être une ancienne voûte. Une chambre bruyante (a 4am le personnel s’activait pour le service du petit dejeuner) , sombre, humide, déprimante!

Malgré 2 relances ménage toujours pas fait !
On me dit que la femme de ménage arrive mais rien
L impression d être mené en bateau !
Vu le prix payé c est honteux !

Personnel nonchalant
Déjà au check-in chambre obtenue à 15:45 sans excuses.

Flott miniferie til Kreta og Rethymnon og tredje gang på Rimondi. Litt nedtrekk denne gangen for rengjøring på rommet, men ellers er dette et fantastisk sted midt i gamlebyen.

Kiva pieni hotelli todella hyvällä paikalla. Hotelli on viihtyisä. Ainoa huono puoli oli, että alimman kerroksen huoneisiin kuului kaikki äänet. Mikäli varaa tämän hotellin niin kannattaa pyytää huoneitä ylemmistä kerroksista.

The staff were attentive, the room commodious and comfortable (we were upgraded on arrival as well). Pool and breakfast area luxurious and beds very comfortable. It is located in the heart of the tourist /old part of town which makes it very easy to wander, shop, take breaks and return for more wandering. Paid city parking is nearby just a few short blocks.
