Wonderful place, wonderful room!!! Everything was new. Big balcony and delicious breakfast. Room service and pleasant people.

Everyone is right, the friendliest staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Reception is not 24 hours which was a little inconvenient and English was a little difficult for the housekeeping lady and one receptionist to grasp. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a little way from town and I am surprised no one mentioned the steep, dusty hill it is part way up, much too much for 'less than mobile' guests. Taxis fro the town are 6 euros. Towels are replaced every day if required, the mosquito screen is great, there is air conditioning and a balcony with table but as for harbour and sea views as other guests have said, that makes me wonder if they were in another hotel. The sea is distantly visible. There is a lot of building work going on, starting at 7.30 am and 7 days a week, but obviously that will only last until the block of flats opposite are built and the road repairs are done! Breakfast is served in little wooden crates up to the bedrooms and varies. Boiled eggs, fresh bread, natural yogurt (delicious), local pastries, coffee or tea, cake and watermelon. We wasted a lot and a choice to be given on the day before would save the hotel a lot of money. There is a hob, but no utensils like salt/pepper, pans etc and a coffee machine but no pods or sugar. The kitchenette is a bit of a waste of time. The shower is great, and floods the bathroom so be careful - but worth it! I think this hotel is targeting business people eventually, but you would like it if you don't mind the walk into town and the walk back in a not so beautiful area. And don't forget the hill!

Magnifique chambre joliment décorée avec mini cuisine et très belle vue sur le port, grande terrasse Très bon accueil. Une réserve: Il manque quelqu'un pour vérifier à fond l'entretien des chambres, pour nous : étendoir à serviettes déscellé du mur sur la terrasse, poubelle plastique sale et petit plateau à café pas très propre, et plus de cuillères à café du tout.

Situato a un chilometro dal centro di Retimo, nella zona delle case popolari, ma tranquilla durante tutto il giorno, il Lines Concept Accomodation si caratterizza come un insieme di appartamenti molto curati nei dettagli, spaziosi e accoglienti, ideali per un soggiorno di qualche giorno in città e per visitare la parte meridionale di Creta. Le camere sono molto ampie, dotate di un grande terrazzo, un bagno molto grande, una piccola cucina con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare qualcosa in camera e dei letti molto comodi, che assicurano un’ottima qualità del sonno. Il personale alla reception, dotata anche di bar e deposito valigie, è molto gentile e disponibile, ed è presente fino alle 21:30. Da quell’ora si accede alla struttura attraverso un codice, il che rende possibile anche una certa riservatezza nei movimenti. Davanti e a lato dell’hotel sono disponibili molti posti per parcheggiare. Unica pecca, il servizio di ricambio asciugamani è disponibile solo per soggiorno superiori alle due notti. Per un soggiorno nella bellissima Retimo consiglio molto il Lines Concept Accomodation.

Excellent accommodation, rooms are spacious, comfortable and super clean, the staff is very welcoming, smiling, efficient and helpful. Breakfast, food and drinks are available for room service as well. The city centre is in 10 min walking distance. Great value in a brand new hotel for a very pleasant stay, would definitely return!!!

Hotel praticamente nuovo e probabilmente potrebbe meritare qualcosa di più della categoria che occupa. All‘interno della spaziosissima camera non mancava nulla e offriva anche servizi come macchina del caffè con capsule incluse, cassaforte. La pulizia e il servizio sono stati perfetti. Le due signore alla reception molto gentili e trasmettevano la tipica ospitalità della grecia. Grazie di tutto
