Raf from valet was great! He was very polite and kind. He brought our vehicle very quickly. All of the valet attendants were nice and wanted to help us as swiftly as possible. Raf even went to close my car door when he saw I couldn't reach it, I had already shut it but I definitely noticed his attentiveness.
The area of the hotel is super sketchy the hotel ran out of coffee and toilet paper which I find is odd. The beds were not too bad the hotel was clean on the inside for the most part. We did however love our security guard Katie she made us ladies feel extremely safe and had our backs during a altercation with a crazy man. She deserves a reward for being amazing!
It's been a while. I checked into this hotel in Dec 2023. But I still remember the fee vividly. The manager charged me $32 for the minor blood stains on sheet due to my daughter's nose blood. I attached the pictures here. I was not happy and called the manager and she said it was following the guidelines and protocol and no refund. It was my first time to charge such a fee and ironically I've been a diamond member of hilton for years. In the end I complained to Hilton Corp and it sent me the check of $32 after a few months. I believe many other parents may face similar situations, not all of whom have time or efforts to defend their legitamate rights as consumers. So I tell my story here on Tripadvisor as I just did on google review. And for sure I will not stay there any more.
YykymSo nice hotel which is quite close to the Reno Airport. Just contacted the hotel and they will send a free shuttle bus to picked up us even in late evening
LleekL6699BBThis is a ******, of course, and guests must wend their way through the games to find the elevators to the hotel towers. I wasn't the only guest who got lost, but it turns out there's a little map in the key card holder they give you when you check in. I didn't see it until I turned in my key card at checkout. It's an older building and has plenty of free parking. Cost seemed reasonable, no surprise fees. The room was clean and the mattress and pillows were excellent, just to my preference. There's a fridge and microwave and of course a TV. My room looked out on the indoor pool and the evening I went to bed early the sound of kids playing right outside my window woke me up. They weren't being obnoxiously loud, just kids having fun, and the parents took them in before it got very late, so it wasn't a problem but could be if pool guests are inconsiderate. The ice machine and vending is not near the elevators or any place else a guest would naturally think to look. I wandered a LONG way through the maze of corridors before I found them, and I never went back because it was ridiculously far from my room. The AC unit was very loud -- I just kept it on constant fan instead of auto so that it wouldn't jar me away each time it kicked on. There was a low, electronic thrumming sound that kept me awake, too. It wasn't the AC but seemed to come from the area of the microwave. I heard it all night the first night, but just occasionally on the second night.
