Clean hotel with new rooms and great customer service. Would stay again.

Fairly new hotel with great amenities. The housekeeping was an area that could use improvement. For four days no one changed our trash, the last day we did get our bed made and new towels, but the trash remained. Also, there was trash placed in the trash cans near the elevators. Probably because it wasn’t removed from the room. Also spilled milk on the elevators that was there for 24 hrs. Other than that it was awesom! Great breakfast and a cool vibe.

The room given to us 535 was near the main door every time it opens we thought our door was being open by someone outside. The shower has no soap it was empty. there was a used soap inside the shower. and the front desk didn't even bother to apologize upon check out. he was so nonchalant about it. I have a video to support this. overall the hotel maybe new but details are so poor. housekeeping should pay attention to the amenities of the room. Don't be lazy and incompetent. the bed was comfy.

It’s not your typical Element quality…poor construction and detailing like other Element properties. Seems like developers low balled budget and took on a budget type quality…more like Super 8. No amenities in suites…no silverware, plates, etc. No water filtration in rooms….Sad state of a property for being so new. Truly a failure of Element for even bearing the name

Property is new so it was very clean and up-to-date. However, it is located near a busy street and it was very noisy. Also, allows pets, which is ok, but there was a dog barking for several hours into the night.

We were very disappointed with this hotel, and wouldn’t recommend it. The first major issue is the fact that it sits right next to Virginia St. Combined with the cheap construction, the ground floor rooms are very noisy. Also, you have to pay to park in an undersized garage, and if it’s full, you have to public park, while still being charged. Another major issue is that the desk staff has not been trained properly, as one was unable to print a final bill, and another charged us for a deluxe king room, when they gave us a standard king room. And for some reason, the maid was cleaning the rooms next to us at 10 pm, and she was clearly not happy about it, judging by all the equipment and door slamming. There is a nice lounge and pool. Lots of dining options within walking distance, but the neighborhood isn’t the greatest.

It was a clean place all around. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking garage looks like it would be tight if you have a big truck. Parking is an extra $10. Breakfast is just ok but it is free. I would stay here again.
