There was someone sleeping on the couch as I walked in, the hotel had a very very strong detergent smell, the heater was squealing a bit and got worse as the fan kicked in.

Only complaint was stairs going up waterslide.

Not enough towels in the bathroom, keycard stoped working for the door. Tile was cracked in the bathroom. The Tub was small. Paige in in the bathroom didn’t work. Parking was limited.

Front desk staff were awesome. They had a lot of people coming in for a football game and they were very accommodating with an early check in. Very helpful and pleasant!

Customer service from management is horrible. Wanted to change our stay from 4 nights to 3 as we had decided to head home early. Tried to do it before the cancellation deadline but couldn't told to cancel fully and rebook. Hotel was sold out for one of our nights and was scared by cancelling we wouldn't be able to get the same room again as we had a suite and needed for the number of guests we had. Told to talk to hotel when we got there. Hotel manager rude and wouldn't help us at all.
Though the room is nice and large which is what we needed there's a slant in the floor and cracked tiles.
Called for extra towels our first night as there were only 2 shower towels for 6 registered guests.(which you also pay extra for) and took over an hour to get said towels.
