Not appropriate for the business traveler. Every power plug in the room was inaccesible behind a large piece of furniture. The arm chair in the king room was a single pullout that was not at all comfortable to sit on. There is no included breakfast. There is a waterpark so likely great for families but no included breakfast is mot really family friendly.

The room was a business class restaurant on but no plug ins. Had to crawl under desk and plug in computer behind fridge every day and night to attend meetings and work. Room cold and heater vent cover was broke off and dangling. Rattled all night.

Our room was unbelievably noisy. Even during the night, people got into the pool area and the yelling echoed everywhere. Why would they put a room with one king bed attached to a kid’s water park? This hotel is clearly a cheap retrofit of an old motel. The bathroom was very small. The only saving grace was single malt scotch from room service.

We had 2 small kids and they put us in a too
Next to a wedding party that has loud music going till 3am. When asked to move to another room the next night becasue of this they said we are lucky becasue someone cancelled. If not we would be stuck?! And during dinner our girl spilled her drink and no one came by with extra napkins to help clean it up or offer her a new drink. Terrible

This place is very old, the TV is from 2004. The room is very old. Bad service from the front desk people. I made a request at the reservation that was not honnored and the front desk person pretended to check wihtout even looking at the screen.

Lovely entryway. Filthy room with blood on comforter and sweat on sheets. Requested new sheets and given them to change ourselves. Bath faucet was dangerously hot and vacilitated nearly burned us. Bathroom had no fan. Offered credit at restaurant after we ate, told us we'd have to ask ******* for a reimbursement.

Front desk staff was extremely rude to me. The room’s bath tub wasnt working, I asked them if it was possible to fix it, they someone who said he had fixed it, but nothing waa done, i called reception and they were very rude, said its been fixed and there was nothing else they could do.
